I'm loving the new trend of resurrecting dead gameplay types. Between a Descent clone, a new Mechwarrior, and a proper X-COM game, now all we need is a proper TIE Fighter reboot.

Wow, good to see it's still in development. Heard about Miner Wars as an Descent inspired indie game about ... 5 years ago or so, since then it's been pretty silent. I guess showing up at E3 means they have found a publisher and are actually about to get released?

They had me at Descent. They lost me at MMO. Hopefully that part doesn't involve much.

About time they made a new Descent game.

Man when someone made this title, I don't think they tried to say it out loud.

Reminds of the vehicle portions in the original Red Faction. I like this kind of game but this one isn't for me. Looks... drab.

It's Descent. Shameless. At what point does a game stop being 'inspired' and become plagiarism?

When it includes fully destructible terrain and player excavated bases? I don't believe Descent had mining or trading either.

This makes me want to see Storage Wars Space in the far flung future.

Could we settle for a X-Wing vs Tie Fighter sequel?
