Woof.

"Hey guys, this is a major advancement in the FPS genre because there's dogs in it and the fish move out of the way."

Edited by edeo

Oh god, that was dumb. There needs to be a constant "snausages snausages" running as you are in dog mode..

Just the first step to an A Talking Cat!?! video game.

Or maybe a Birdemic: Shock and Terror video game?

Edited by Darson

My body is ready.

To be a dog.

Posted by Liam89

Imagine if they used TressFx on the dog.

This doesn't make me want another Call of Duty game. It makes me want another Dead to Rights Game. E3 2014 plz.

Edited by MildMolasses

Is the implication that we are actually playing as the dog? Or the dog is some sort of cyborg that we are controlling?

Edit: Ok, that reverse breach was kind of awesome

Can't wait to be scooping some digital dog poop.

I love how they do a reverse breach by sending the dog in and everyone goes "OOOH FUUUUCK" and gets the fuck outta there

Say what now?

Stealth dog!

This looks terrible, and I mean that more than any other CoD game that's come out since MW2. This actually looks really really bad. Visually it looks bland, gameplay wise it looks bland, gimmick wise it looks... bland.

They're still using, at it's root, iD Tech 3. What in the blue fuck is wrong with these morons? It doesn't cut it anymore. Either push the limits or fuck off already. It's getting really sickening. I saw shit like this years ago in Crysis.

Honestly how? What? How? Why? All good questions I need the answer to.

Wait, the dog has a camera and radio, soldier-dude whispers detailed instructions on who to kill first, and the dog understands? So realistic!

That scene makes no sense. That door rips open like it was blown up. The guys have guns. Why run out instead of trying to shoot the dog? one of them is actively firing as the door busts open!

Posted by owlmassive

Lol whats he doing mind controlling the dog???!! This should be called call of duty: turner and hooch

Edited by L6M

I can't wait to throw a grenade only to have the dog fetch it.

Edited by IamTerics

That dog has to be a killstreak reward.

Posted by triviaman09

Being a dog is actually kind of cool. Bravo, COD.

Posted by Red

Why would you send a dog at someone when you can just shoot him in the face?

Also, how much you wanna bet the dog either dies or is the only one to survive?

Posted by aquacadet

Finally the Game of Thrones / Call of Duty mashup I've craved.

Edited by metalsnakezero

That cool that you play as the dog but logically that is not how it should work.

dog of the year

Edited by Jayzilla

It's time for my friend @CollarDuty to shine. Also, you should follow him on twitter. It's the account of the actor dog that plays the dog in this game.

Posted by Slaskenberg

So, this is "Dog of Duty" or "Call of Doggy"?

Posted by Reisz

Fuck it, I'm up for stealth dog, this looks cool.

call of duty: ghosts : sneaky dog is sneaky : now with tactical dog breaching action!

Think they just dropped the mic and walked of the stage with this game.

You guys are getting off point with the dog. The real problem is no where 10 mile north of San Diego does the landscape and vegetation look anything like that.

Edited by MilitaryOctobot

I can't unsee it. How large is that guys hands and arm compared to the gun.

Google Street View through Palomar Mountain State Park for a bit. It's not that far off.

(More like 30 miles though)

Between the ROTT remake and this, 2013 is truly the Year of the Dog Mode.

Edited by DeanoXD

WTF is there a big hole in the earth? did i miss something about what has happened in this game?

Edited by ILuvMsMarvel

First there was Snake, now there is dog. Stealth action re-redefined.

Posted by Elwoodan

They've set off nukes, tortured people, made the player take part in a terrorist attack, and blown up a child. But the scene where you have to put down the dog after it is wounded will be the shock tactic that causes people to accuse IW of going 'too far'.

Why would you bother spending more money upgrading your base tech when you already know that SO MANY people are going to go out and buy this on day one no questions asked. There are a ton of gamers out there who would have looked at that and ignored (or just not seen) the blandness and just gone "WOAH THE DOG RIPPED SOME DUDES THROAT OUT!!! AWESOME!!!". Not saying you're wrong or that I disagree but they COD will sell whether they make it better or not.

Yes but after some event that happened like 30 years ago (only way to explain that 19in CRT TV in a mansion) things changed, dogs became telepathically linked to humans and a nondescript Hispanic army took over California with Geiger counters.

Not keen on this ruined America theme. I'd rather see some storyline where you are in a CIA/NSA/military role performing special operations against 'enemy' targets and then it turns out you've been carrying out these operations against targets from your own country, within your own country. I think that could be compelling.

Posted by Crixaliz

What I want to know is if Infinity Ward took notes from what Treyarch did with BlackOps2.
Will the story have branching points?
Will the loadout system return for singleplayer?
Will the pick 10 system come back for multiplayer?
Or if they will completely ignore them like they did with MW3.

NEXT GEN LAST GEN GRAPHICS! Seriously? A new system with a lot more horsepower, and they release horseshit? These games have a large budget. They should have done a lot, lot better. Facial animations in the opening scene look worse than Half-Life 2 (a game released 9 years ago.)

Terrible.

I enjoyed the dog's reverse door breach.
