@Agent47: u mad? Not my fault that you're against the first game's multiplayer because you got destroyed by that weapon. I was talking about the way the first game felt anyways, not the flood of people using shotguns, which is still an issue in Gears 2. At least in Gears 3, Epic looks like they are trying to do their best to give better options for people to use so that a match won't end up in a shotgun fest.

@Afroman269: Yeah everyone running around in GOW1 online with a shotgun was great, especially when they got right in your face you would die instantly so much fun.

I'm so psyched. I knew coming into Gears 3 that they might make the same mistakes if they had the same development cycle as Gears 2. I think it was a smart move for Epic to wait another year to release GoW3, so they could polish the last game in the gears trilogy and give it the send off that it deserves.

I have never really been a big fan of the Gears franchise, but is $5 down, to play the beta/demo can help make the multi-player come anywhere near what they are showing, then it might just be worth it.

Looks sweet, I just wish it was on PC as well :(  Not sure that I'm willing to buy a 360 just for this after all the bullshit I've been through with my previous 5 360s.  I kinda want to play Halo: Reach too, but that's just a side-thought.
