The first co-op game I played was by Snowblind, Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance, And I have high hopes based on those fond memories that Snowblind will create something awesome with this title.  
My only critiscism at the moment is that the graphics could do with a lot of improvement. 
 
Maybe this makes me a graphics snob but whatever...

I'll try to keep an open mind with this.

As a diehard Champions of Norrath, Justice League Heroes, and Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance fan, I cannot fucking wait for some more Snowblind awesomeness!!!

Damn, im a sucker for fantasy RPGs.

I want it to be good but it won't.

I really hope this is good. Snowblind is an excellent studio. 

People seem to be writing this off? They've made some quality Action RPGs before.

I'm going to be optimistic about this, because I love Lord of the Rings 
Right now it looks ok, but they have a pretty good premise and if they can incorporate a lot of lore into this I will be a happy man

If this has a strong story, I'm all for it. For some reason I have hope that Snowblind will show deference to the lore. Honestly, any chance to be in Middle Earth makes me excited. I still love those hack n' slash Two Towers and Return of the King games. 

I really want this to be great so they'll make more lotr games. Don't let us down Snowblind

How about a diplomatic solution in the north instead of a war?

Looks a lot like the graphics engine used in LoTRO, but worse.

Those LotR movie games were actually pretty decent. 
This game looks a lot like Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance, so I have high expectations.

And hell, it turns out it was made by the exact same people who made BG: DA...so...looks good.

Why am I looking forward to this when I know it will unevitably end up a huge disappointment? I guess it must be the LOTR fanboy inside me screaming for a good game that lives up to the books and movies.

Awesome, can't wait to see in-game footage. Not familiar with this studio but it appears that they made Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance which has pretty good reviews. Doesn't look totally amazing but I'm definitely interested.

This does not look too good. Also, what's up with the graphics? They're pretty flat for a game that's not coming out until next year. Then again, it is early. Maybe the graphics won't be flat when it's released.

Dragon Age of the Ring? crossing my fingers hoping its better than than "Lord of the rings the third age" and i actualy finished that boring EA piece of crapola :(

Oh look, a warrior, a mage and a ranger. I'm fucking blown away.

So when they were showing this off before it seemed like there was just 3 'slots' Gauntlet style. Elven Ranger, Dwarf Warrior, and Human Mage. I guess this proves they're letting you change it up?

Why after I read that title did I wonder if Nolan North was going to be in the game.

I like Lord of the Rings a lot. This is frustrating to no end. There is so much untouched lore that has nothing to do with the main storyline that it hurts to think about it. I wish they'd do something new. I wish they'd stop deriving the visual style from the movies too. Middle Earth is allowed to be colourful. This game looks incredibly bland. Even the sound effects are rehashed.
