Why do they always use that idiotic marketing scheme where they say "you'll really feel the pressure" or "4 against an army". Why do people think that's cool? "Super fast-paced tactical shooter action!" Like you'd think anyone with a brain wouldn't fall for idiotic catch phrases like that, lol.

Is there a faster way to tell if someone is Canadian than waiting for them to say out or about? How can I tell immediately that they are Canadian? I'm guessing Americans would be better at this, any tips?

I literally only klicked on the link of this in my RSS feed because I read the words "Gorilla Mode". Seriously depressed now, confronted by reality.

It seems like ever since Gears of War 2 popularised wave-based survival game modes with Hoard mode that every single shooter has some kind of Hoard mode now.

Every game would be so much better if they had a gorilla mode. Developers, if you're listening, make it happen!

Guerrilla Mode, huh? The video makes it sound like a wave based survival mode to me, except that every 10 waves you have to move to a different spot.

I was hoping for Gorilla mode. We'll have to wait and see I guess.

I remember GRAW 2 had 16 (IIRC) player co-op. I hope this is an addition to that instead of a total replacement.

Whilst this is a Horde rip off, at least they added new stuff like the stealth capture sections, and made it score focused like Bulletstorm.

Cautiously optimistic but I'm still worried about this game.

There seriously is nothing in the 3rd person shooter space on PS3 except for Uncharted 3. If Sony hadn't completely fucked up Socom then I might at least have an option.

It's this or Max Payne 3 in May.

A 3 minute trailer say they included Horde Mode?

GRAW on 360 for a long time was a really competitive multiplayer.

This game really doesn't seem to look as bad as the th guys say it is.

I don't know, "hours" sounds a little intense.

The title just makes me want to see Nintendo enter the online shooter fray with an all out version of DK64's fps mode.

This game looks like it can be fairly good (high 80s), or pretty bad (60s)... But what is with the graphics? I can't really explain it, it's like I'm watching a good looking PC game being played with the lowest settings possible. The lighting is flat, the textures look terrible, it looks like there was zero shadows on any of the player models... what the hell?

Not meaning to be snarky (I guess I have been today) but why do the soldiers have to cover their faces like gangsters. That bothers me.

They're fighting in desert environments where you don't want to be inhaling sand constantly.

I've no idea why Jeff is being a dick about this game. It hasn't even come out yet and he has so much negativity towards it.

I've hope for it.

I have been waiting for another gorilla based game ever since Mindjack. So pumped to get inside those gorillas!

I don't know; it totally looks fun, no matter what you call it. It's very obviously a variant of horde mode, but it still looks fun. Could we maybe stop using the word ripoff, people? Horde mode is popular and fun, so why are we chastising a developer for trying to include a variation of it?

Man, Ghost Recon, what happened to you? I remember when you were a fun tactical FPS. Then you get less tactical. Then you got slathered in neon. I don't even know who you are anymore.

Looks fine to me. I'm a fan of past ghost recons, so I'll try this. Having not played Gears 3 or the ME3 multiplayer, this might be something new for me.

You could have just said it's like Horde mode and saved a lot of time.

I can barely see the game behind all that UI.

Exactly. Who wants to play the game of trying to trace the roots of a certain mode to figure out what's ripping off what? What the hell does that even accomplish?
