I really hope they're sticking to their August/late summer release window. I love the direction they took it in with the procedural generation and watching gameplay previews-- especially the more recent ones with Mr. Kazdal digging into the exploration and combat-- just makes me want this even more.

I was expecting the survivor rate to be even lower then that.

I thought this site was giving this game a little too much attention early in its life, but when I saw the QLEx, I got onboard right away

This game needs Japanese voice overs as an option.

It is coming to Steam! Seem that I don't have to buy a PS4 after all then :D

There may or may not have been some hint at a color-coordinated squad of characters in the release, but at the very least there was a female pilot shown in the QLEX a few weeks ago.

@dedbeet: Hey, I don't mean this in a cheapish way. I'll be buying it for PS4 at release. I fully believe game companies of all sizes should be supported. No other way to ensure we continue to get great games.

I do think when you make a purchase in an ecosystem, be it PSN, iOS, etc. that you should be able to access it on all the devices that pull from that ecosystem. That's more along the lines of what I'm getting at. Not so much "Please gimme a freebie." I also think this seems to be the trend for the industry at large. Companies are realizing there is value in being seen as consumer friendly. At least I hope there is.

Survival rate at 34%, man, that's even lower than the Survey Corps in Attack on Titan, which is 40% and those poor dudes go against really overwhelming foes. Galak-Z is going to hand my ass over to me and might just be the first rogue-like I "beat".

He'll still be buying it on the PS3/Vita. And buying the same game twice is always kind of a bummer.

My friends and I had a chance to try this out at PAX East and it's as awesome as it looks! Super excited for the release of this game.
