Kinda think they should have taken a break and got Lang out of there, if only because Ed Boon is a legend, known for being somewhat uncomfortable in these situations, and this being the worst possible of those types of situation.

Lang embarrassed himself and put Ed Boon in a difficult position. I felt his irriration at having to put up with the 'boorish drunk guy'. I personally think it was unprofessional to allow it to go on. Yeah it created some moments that will go down in Giant Bomb history, but that shouldn't trump allowing one of your guests look like an idiot and unsettling another guest. You could bring in a tiger and let it run loose to create historical moments.

Jeez I wonder why Midway fell apart you guys.

The rest of the show must've been really great or something, the way most of you guys seem to be rooting for an absolute ass that Dave Lang can be when drunk. Wish I could've actually heard Boon weigh in.

As usual, superb coverage. Everything done with a terrific sense of humour and the guests are able to speak freely. The kind of "interviews" nobody else can deliver.

Here I thought Dave Lang was the source of all the laughs for this video, but the real gong show of a comedy are all the people with their panties in a bunch, commenting how this is an "embarrassment" for anyone, rather than realizing it's just the guys having a laugh ripping on each other.

It's like, have you never seen a Giant Bomb after hours event video before? Have you seen the Age of Booty Quick Look even?

Holy shit. That was amazing. Wow. Just overall. Hearing Phil Fish and the guy from Vlambeer (I can't remember his name, sorry) talk so passionately about video games and the culture surrounding it was incredible, and then to cap it off with this drunken loud awful mess was just perfect.

This is one of the funniest things I've ever seen on this site. Ed looked like he was having fun in between being uncomfortable lol.

Next year they really have to get Derek Smart as a guest.

Hollllly shit. Finally watched this. Magnificent. Someone needed to yank Lang and Johnnie's leesh at the very end there, but it just added to the madness, so that's good.

Holy hell, how do you top this? It's all down hill for GBomb from here boys. I love Johnny V and I ... enjoy Dave Lang, together they made a magical segment. I think Ed Boon had a fine time, people need to lighten up and stop assuming he hated it or something, any grown adult has been around drunk people, I'm sure he's used to it and he seemed to be laughing genuinely through most of it.

Giantbomb at these conventions/events is seriously where they are at their best, the crazy, humorous yet still informative approach to video games that Giantbomb takes really shines when you bring in a bunch of the best personalities in the gaming industry into the mix. You can tell these events really make the crew happy too, they're surrounded by their friends and get to see some cool new games, must really give them a nice needed boost of passion for their job after months of just doing quicklooks/reviews/unprof fridays.

Finally, holy shit that announcement, Dave Lang you evil genius.

Some of the guests, like Ed, Rami and Phil are awesome. Less of the guys like Max, Paul and Johnny as they seem less "visionary" as the former.
