Karen is pretty awesome. It's actually kind of nice to have a female around these smelly boys once in awhile.

At this point I would like to state for the record that it was too early in the morning on a saturday for my coffee to have kicked in... Dave and Karen singing Kookaburra Laugh at me was more than my brain could process at that point.

Karen is lively here but I remember that she was hilarious when she was drunk during a live stream.  

Karen is awesome. That lady made the first impression of Marion Ravenwood from Raiders. so I cannot WAIT to listen to this.

This was pretty great. Also makes me kind of bummed knowing that so little progress has been made to get the goods they need.

Her volume is loud compared to everyone else, even speaking at a normal tone she easily overpowers anyone else on the video. That and she's a girl with a higher voice pitch, definitely needed to be turned down a notch or so. Not annoying though, just have to be aware of my volume as I listen as to not wake my neighbours :)

Hey does anyone know if Karen actually does a site or something? I'm at a lose as to what that's referring to if it's a joke or something.

Not to brag, but I've had it happen before a couple of times, too, where a guy has seen my reviews on here and tried recruiting me for their upstart game site. Never really taken the offers seriously since I don't have that level of free time to devote to it without being paid and they were certainly not offering money for my troubles. I think last time it happened it was from a guy who was actually banned from here for point gaming the wiki. Strange world we live in.

Isn't the pebble watch gimped if you don't use it on Android? iOS doesn't have the deep OS integration to enable such a product.

@Pepsiman: Yep, I've gotten some offers like that too. I actually had some paid freelance articles I got from my reviews here, but that was awhile ago. I switched into game design and am in college now.

Also, AWESOME I missed this on friday! Can't wait to watch.

Is it ubiquitous around your place right now ? Currently I'm in Germany and it's around every corner of the street. I am just wondering how ubiquitous it is elsewhere.

It's the standard post-drinking fastfood here (I'm in Glasgow in Scotland). Not quite as ubiquitous or on every street corner as Indian food, but just about. Not as good as it probably is in Germany since you have lots of Turkish people, unlike us!

Shawarmas are much nicer, don't really get them here though. Common in mainland Europe, but in the UK I've only found them in London. You can get some amazing turkish/med food in London.

I would kill for a Doner Kebab around here in the States. I had the privilege of having some authentic village side street Doner Kebab while in Bavaria. For 6 euros I got a large sandwich, a plate full of fries, and a can of Spezi soda. Best fast food I've had in a long time.

Karen's so darn cheerful. She's so cheerful I just sayed 'darn' instead of 'damn'.

I was all tired and grumpy, and hearing someone be so cheerful, though normally something that might annoy me, made me feel better. Thanks, Karen!

Gonna echo these sentiments. I actually discovered doner kebabs while living in Japan of all places since it turns out they have a healthy population of Turkish people there, too, and man do I miss the stand I used to eat at regularly over there, maybe even more than the actual local cuisine. Now that I'm back in Colorado temporarily, I feel lost without easy access to doner kebabs and heaps of iskender sauce. God damn, I'm so depressed now.
