I can understand if you were into Guitar Hero when Rock Band and even Rock Band 2 were out but now... if you think this is better than Rock Band 3 you're an idiot. I'm not saying don't buy the game but fuck the quality of Rock Band and Guitar Hero isn't even comparable.

Buying this because I've spent too much money on the other games and DLC to start over with Rock Band.
 
This song got played to death on Sportscenter back a couple months ago. I hate this song.

I am spending so much money on Rock Band 3.  It's totally insane.

Wow, so now they have to give away free albums to sell guitar hero games, and hey look at this rad guitar that looks like a fisher-price toy, its pretty cool right? This making me sad.

The ONLY reason I would ever even consider buying a Guitar Hero game is for Rush. But Geddy Lee has said that something is coming to Rock Band 3, so I shall wait. Quite impatiently, I might add.

God, i'm so tired of Guitar Hero getting Muse songs and Rock Band getting none. What is Harmonix thinking?

Dispite the track listing. Guitar hero has become MORE about the arcade aspect and not the having fun part and fucking around with some people. 
 
However I've always thought the look of the GH avatars seam to look more polished and a lot less oblong and anime-ish. Or something. I dunno the Rock band faces always looked fucked up. Looks like they improved that a bit more. 
 
Also, does this game give off a Brutal Legend vibe? Like your a rock dude and you turn into a demon?

I don't get the hate. I have been playing both RB and GH since GH3, and both are really fun. 
 
I'm looking forward to the more arcade-ish quality of GH:WoR and the more realistic pro-mode of RB3.
