I swear the main guy speaking is Brad Pitt.  Maybe this is a warmup for Dark Void?

The usual assortment of opinions here. :) 
 
Personally I skipped ODST even though it was a nice change from Halo 3.  Mainly because of budget, I waited for MW2 instead. :) 
 
Now Reach on the other hand currently has first dibs on 3rd quarter funds. :)

Marty O'Donnell Scored that Trailer very well, it's a pitty that I have switched to a PS3 come this Christmas because the Xbox breaks all the time and I can't take that anymore, but oh well.

I'm looking for this game to be my explanation into why people love Halo so much, as I've never played a "new" Halo on release... looks good.

I want to see game play.

Actually seeing different Spartans with their own personalities has me very interested in this game. Looks good.

Eh...  After ODST,  I'm not looking forward to yet another lackluster Halo game.  Not interested in paying full price for half a game, and a 10 year old MP.    Halo 3 and ODST just weren't very good.  Bungi has a lot of work to do if they want my money.    
 
They fanboys can have this one.  I seriously doubt the ability of Bungi after 3, Wars, and ODST.  They just keep getting worse.

I'm obviously not a Halo fan, but how was that exciting in any way? Some dudes talking and getting into a chopper?

Screw all you Halo haters, this is going to be awesome. Hell of a way to (allegedly) end the series for Bungie.

Graphics look more realistic, It also looks like they have used motion capture on the characters rather than hand animating everything like in the past Halo games. 
 
Although I wouldn't be surprised if the game didn't look as good as this on release.

I played through all of the main series Halo games and I have no idea how people follow this stuff seriously.  I feel like I have a learning disability.

Well, it looks like another Bungie-made Halo game.

I've never really got the Halo thing, to me it's like shooting rejects from Gormiti. i'd much rather shoot more realistc type dudes and have my gameplay a lot more gritty. Each to their own i guess

But we know what is going to happen.

if this didn't have the name halo attached, or guys wearing spartan armor, this would be one seriously lackluster trailer.

Did they really just say "you picked a hell of a day to join"? That's... That is the most hacked bit of writing I think I've seen all year.

Looks like the team oriented ghost recon like halo everyone has been hoping for. 
 
Of course I can to this conclusion from the lone wolf comment in the trailer. hahahahaha

Looks like the art direction is going towards Gears of War. I hope it gets a more "realistic" and ballistic feel. The whole pew pew lazerguns appeal has worn of IMHO.

I am pretty indifferent at this point when it comes to Halo, will see how it turns out.

 (In regards to the Spartan with the skull on his helmet) Modern Warfare 2 did it first.
