Here Comes Another Spider-Man Game

Spent countless hours in Spiderman 2. Though spent a few much time on pointless activities like saving kids balloons.

So true. Ugh.

Looks alright. How about letting Rocksteady make a Spiderman game...?

@bbk: I totally agree. I used to work at Beenox. The team works incredibly hard on these games.

Usual Spider-Man features : Main missions will suck, combat will still suck and have weird animations with shallow mechanics and the only forgiving and mildly amusing thing will be the web-swinging.

They just need to make a full Spider-man Noir game. Everyone knows that was the best part in Shattered Dimensions, even if it was a blatant ripoff of Arkham Asylum. Not to say the other parts of S.D were terrible - far from it - just that the Noir parts were clearly the best.

@narficacid: Oh, sure, I played the hell out of it back then too. Even still have the shirt I got from preordering it at Gamestop. :V

But other than the open world stuff it just wasn't very good, and even those side missions kinda sucked. Tracking down balloons and delivering pizzas and whatever. I also just looked at reviews to see if it was mind-blowing back then, but it seems even at the time they had the same consensus of "rad web-slinging, kinda boring everything else".

tbqh Ultimate Spider-Man is a far better game.

@ajroo: Blue guy is Electro, that's what he looks like in the new movie, and the recent cartoon has him like that (not sure if he is in the comics like that?). But man I hate that new Electro, give me the yellow lightning bolt mask any day. that's when villains were fun!

Amazing Spider-Man was a fun time, looking forward to playing this one.

After the Arkham games came around, I've just lost interest in these altogether.

Am I the only one that remembers Ultimate Spider-Man fondly?
