The best thing about this video is the shot of the training center where you can see a smiling Dan Severn holding up two title belts as one of the portraits on the wall. THAT'S a mustache.

Talking of mustaches, have you seen that former UFC star Don Frye has shaved his off. It's a god damn travesty.

Well that ruined my day, so thanks.

The only ufc game I've played is Undisputed 3 and I thought it was pretty fun. This one looks better. Sooo...sold, I guess?

I hope the game lets you paw at your opponent's eyes when playing as Jon Jones.

god that's so annoying to watch. he just repeatedly reached out and pawed the face and poked at the eyes. Refs were cool with it though so I guess that's what passes as pro fighting?

I doubt this edition will be the great MMA game I am hoping for, but I believe it will lay the foundation for a future one.

I really want this game to be good. I'm holding back my hype though, I really want to know more about how it plays. I love the Undisputed games but never really got in to EA MMA. Hopefully a demo or something comes out.

Man, it would be so cool if Bruce Lee was just fucking awful in the ring, like he probably would have been in real life without the proper MMA training.

I really liked the first EA MMA, it was more accessible than the official UFC games. I had Hank Hill, jiu-jitsu master. He sported a perfect career, all submission victories, most within like 20 seconds. They should, uh... Maybe make that a bit harder this time.

Also since I guess we'll never get another Fight Night/Knockout Kings this will have to do anyway.

Wow. This game looks pretty deep. Starting from scratch has it's advantages.

Because when I think of successful fighters I think of TUF. Snarkiness aside I really want this game to be good, but they haven't shown off that much and the game is out pretty damn soon.

I like the idea of longevity in the career mode. That's actually pretty cool. I found it funny how they said "if you fight exciting and finish fights your popularity and longevity go up", when in reality if you're fighting exciting chances are your brawling and getting your shit pushed in also. Kind of contradicts that.

I'm guessing this will be one of those "the foundation is solid for future titles" kind of things.

That's actually a pretty neat idea (even though there's only been about 3-4 notable fighters from Ultimate Fighter). Can't wait for this game.

There have been very few really successful fighters to come from The Ultimate Fighter show in years, so it isn't really the path to greatness they advertise it to be, but it still sounds like a neat idea for a career mode.

This looks pretty cool! Yeah the idea of starting off a career in a reality show sounds silly, but that is how the UFC is bringing up new talent into the Octagon. This game does look really sick though!

I was waiting for Evolution Points to lead to a Rogue Legacy-type progeny system. You almost had my money EA, you sneaky bastards.

There are some things in there that look really cool, like your career length being determined by how much damage you take. Looking forward to playing this.
