this game looks great artistically but i dont think i could get my kids motivated to play it with kinect

I really hope they continue the Sesame Street (and overall Muppet) tradition of sneaking in pop-culture references and smart, subtle humor for parents.

Is is just me, or is being able to see a Muppet's legs really weird? 

This looks like a cute game, though I'll be kinda disappointed if it just ends up being just another mini game collection. Kinda getting that vibe from that video. I have faith in Double Fine though, if anyone can do it right, they can.

This is a really really really smart move on both WB / Double Fine's part. I could see this hitting hard. 
Although for my own personal use I would rather see it as a PSN downloadable with Move.

Looks like a great kids game, and I say that because it looks like it has a variety of game modes that look like they are implemented well not because it's just a dumbed down game.

So does this mean they won't make any small downloadable games until late 2011? That sucks...

Is it weird that I get the warm and fuzzies from this even though I'm not at all in it's target demographic?
 
Double fine knows how to make good games- mix that with my nostalgia (of sesame street) and I get the warm and fuzzies.

Double Fine have never failed me. I even enjoyed Brutal Legend.

Looks like I need to get my girl pregnant so I can not be stared at for picking up this game >.>  <.<  >.>

Game looks super cute, but the glimpses of gameplay looked pretty generic and the narrator for the trailer sucked. I know that has nothing to do with the quality of the game, but that voice was not what I was expecting when the book opened up.

Kinect killer app!

Sesame St. is so shit. Even as a kid it just vaguely annoyed me. 
 
Now, if this was The Muppets, we'd be having a whole other conversation. 
 
Edit: Though, the fact that Double Fine is actually making a Sesame St. game is beyond crazy, and sort of cool.

This should be interesting to see. Yeah, I'm not it's target audence, but I love Double Fine's vision, and it'll be really interesting to see what they do here.
