This looks like crap.

Seeing the empty comment section under the video made me sad :(. The game doesn't look too exciting, although it does seem like every encounter matters, and that you're quite weak. Because of that, I'll keep an eye on this one.

no guys, I'm pretty sure this proves the WiiU concept.

Slightly off topic but still zombie related.

It had always been engrained in my mind that: "don't set zombies on fire because now you have to run from zombies that are also on fire"

But how long does it take for fire to cause enough physical trauma to the brain to kill a zombie? (assuming that's what takes most zombies down)

Is it possible?

Come on, people, this game looks entirely competent. Not great, but certainly an enjoyable game to play. 

@Skullomania: I think it depends on if you're fighting possessed evil zombies or infected zombies.

This is a thing, so there's that, etc.

For what it's worth, I played, like, twenty minutes of this at a special Wii U event a month of so ago. It actually seems really neat, like a cross between the Condemned series and a roguelike. It might not come together in the end (which wouldn't surprise me because it's Ubisoft after all) but it definitely seems worth keeping an eye on.

Seems okay. Not really wanting a first person zombie fighting simulator though. The cricket bat did make me think, "Hey... You've got some red on you."

I think this looks great. It's nice to see a developer making a game that uses the Wii U GamePad in interesting ways and features detailed 3D graphics.

I really enjoyed that trailer. This game had not piqued my interest before but I will definitely keep an eye on it now.

Looks good, but why would I buy a Wii U for this? Their are plenty of zombie games out there that are good, and I do not need a new console for it. Actually the Wii U does not interest me anyway.

Didn't you know? To gamers, everything is either amazing or total garbage.

Gameplay looks great. It's thrilling while fair. I want this game.

The black WiiU looks a lot like a GameGear

Well, previously I didn't give a shit about this game OR the Wii U, but this actually looked really competent. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this. I wont be running out to buy a Wii U on day one, but after everything shakes out I may have to check this out.

using the wiiu controller to manage inventory is a pretty cool idea because it adds to the tension, like fuck I gotta rummage through my bag lemme do this as quickly as possible before i get eaten by a fuckin zombie. Its not supposed to be ultra convenient. it looks like a decent launch title.

aiming on the controller instead of the TV screen, that makes sense

Agreed. I'm not sure I'll love it, but I think it looks like a fun game. Can't be any worse than Red Steel, right?

The buttons are mixed up.....wonder what will be the final layout....I R confuzzled....the gameplay looks ok so far....hope it turns out well...

Oh and the graphics could be polished a bit....the end

I think it looks pretty awesome. As far as zombie FPS games go it looks better than any out there. Still not sure that it warrants me buying a Wii U. I just imagine having that big clunky screen controller in my hands and most games utilizing it poorly.

This looks a looooooot like Dead Island, I'm sorry. At least the weapons won't fall apart in this though (hopefully).

Generic as fuck. If you've played any zombie shooter before, then you've pretty much played this game. Wouldn't even buy it if I had a wii u.

You know what, I really dig what they're doing with the WiiU controller and the tension it creates, I just wish the aesthetic wasn't so flat and generic.

Sure hope I can use just classic controller or wiimote+nunchuck. The scanner is such a gimmick.

Left 4 Dead 2 and The Walking Dead? I think that that trio of DayZ. L4D and The Walking Dead encompass everything zombie games have tried to do.

@Sooty: You're aiming your controller at the TV and using the screen as a scope. So yes, it does make sense.

Sound production sounds all right, not really in to the forced methodical pacing in horror games, though. Was also over zombies before they went in and out of vogue.

I'm into this sort of thing.
