Here's Your First Look at Green Arrow in Injustice: Gods Among Us

Its mortal kombat with a different gimmick.

Also. no blood.

Something about the costumes in this game bugs the hell out of me. I get that Dark Knight was popular but most of these characters look ridiculous with that style.

Green Arrow is all about Year of the Bow.

I'm not into fighting games, but that looks... preTTy good.

Still hoping for Midnighter

It would be hilarious if they had Tom Welling and Christian Bale skin DLC...

Except saying Batman is the only interesting DC character has nothing at all to do with Aragorn or The Lord of the Rings.

No, I wouldn't say that. I just feel like DC characters are so uninteresting, I don't know what it is. Don't get me started on Superman. There are a few more interesting characters in Batman's gallery though, especially some of the villains and how they reflect parts of what he is taken to the extreme (the duality of Two-Face, Scarecrow using fear as a weapon, the Joker being his complete opposite).

Generally though - not a DC fan.

To each their own. I prefer the gods of DC over the celebs of Marvel in general, ESPECIALLY Clark "I'm a completely nonconflicted good guy" Kent. I don't need to pretend I too could be a nerdy, social pariah from Queens that if just given the chance could totally bag a world-class red-head hottie. And this from an unabashed fan of Parker, I just think that's the well many of the Marvel (and the fans that only like Batman) contingent are drawing from. Not you specifically, just a general indulgence I get from convos from other folks when they really discuss their preference.

Though as an aside, there was an early 00's comic movement to make Luthor an enemy of Batman and I actually liked that a lot. As the opposite of Luthor isn't Superman, it's Bruce Wayne. Which would then allow Superman to do two things. Not be as locked into one city (and the limits of the challenges he faced) and then develop a more impressive rogues gallery without going back to the Luthor well again.

Really looking forward to this!

Feels like they're taking their time with announcing characters though.

I have absolutely no interest in this game. But those moves, combined with the silky smooth frame-rate, look slick as hell.

This game is looking better and better, I really hope they can balance all the crazy environmental stuff though, could make for a very different style of fighting game if they pull that off.
