@civid: The trailers and quips are über cool, but the gameplay I've watched was just COD-style bros and press x to climb, kill that guy, unexciting gunplay and such. Modern crap wrapped in old-school snazz.

I don't really know what I'm supposed to make of going to the moon in a game with you struggling amid the moral quandaries of destroying a civilian bridge. It's too goofy or the game isn't goofy enough. I guess that makes it a perfect advert in front of the new Godzilla.

Early screenshots of this are leaking out and it looks terrible... like really bad. Hopefully the gameplay is solid.

@realkman: This looks much more old-school and frantic than a "pop-up-and-shoot"-COD style FPS game to me. Also this reminds me way more of games like F.E.A.R 2 than it does COD. I'm at least hopefull, but I guess we'll all see how it turns out next week :)

I agree, but the game looks super-old, tech wise. Love the direction they are heading, but I need too see some gameplay footage before I consider spending money.

Also, I can't help but wonder if that's the voice actor who played Varric in Dragon Age 2, doing the lead hero's voice in this game.

If all else fails, this is at least one of the best marketing campaigns of the year. Super well done.

Man, I love these Wolfenstein Trailers! New one is looking amazing once more. They just do everything right, looks, writing, timing. This is a development team that actually cares about their franchise and not only about the paper.

I pay huge respect to the Level Designers too, as not only are the characters amazing, there is some real ingenuity in the lighting and variety/style of these designs. I imagine the people working on this will do it again, perhaps on Doom.

The gameplay says YES but the character design say NO.

I don't know how to feel about this, the graphics at least look decent. Animation on the characters look a bit janky though.

The story seems like it would be super depressing.
