Honestly, it's early setup stuff like this in new locations that have been my absolute favorite parts of Giant Bomb videory. When it's all slapdash and half the equipment isn't in place yet and the stuff that is there is held together with scotch tape and optimism. That is the goodly goodness.

This is the only reason I am still alive.

I subscribe $5/mo to more professional 14 year-olds on Twitch that offer me way less entertainment. Also Vinny looks like he hasn't slept in nineteen days.

I kinda love the lo-fi nature of this weird ass first attempt at a show.

I personally believe that people everywhere are equally awesome and shitty, but in entirely unique ways.

The first ten minutes of this feels like some sort of Command & Conquer FMV sequence. Also, I like how Vinny and Alex are determined to stream themselves playing games as soon as they possibly can;, no matter the circumstances. In my imagination, you could drop them off on a deserted island, and they would, after a couple of weeks, inexplicably start streaming video to the internet -- not for the purpose of getting rescued, but to broadcast themselves playing Flappy Bird on Vinny's phone.

Alex sans beard looks like Dave if Dave hated himself a whole lot more.

Either way, can't wait for more GBE content.

I like how this is categorised under Shovel Knight the character as opposed to the game. Always enjoy seeing srs bsn Vinny getting to work, too. For as much as he's shown to be a goofball most of the time, when the going gets tough there's what you could say a beast that's rearing to come out...

I really love this kind of video content/streams. Just documenting GBE getting setup in any way, shape or form is great in my book.

I feel like the answer might be lurking around somewhere but can anybody tell me how "temporary" this studio will be for the guys? I vaguely remember hearing a few months but seems like they're putting in a whole lot of work for just a few months. Either way it's great, I just am really curious as to the longevity of this tv guide studio?

You can see the serious Vinny withdrawl on the site as thousands of people tune in to watch Vinny through a laptop webcam lay down on the floor and drill away in Starforge.

The entire livestream was like one of those moments in Watch Dogs when you hack someones home and spy on them.

It's been 6 years in the making, but we finally have a feature were Vinny plays video games on the floor.

This was awesome. Like a trainwreck but with less death! Looking forward to more GBeast! Also, I really enjoyed contrasting Jeff's Shovel Knight Quick Look with Alex' fight against that first boss. Jeff made it look too easy, honestly. Seems like the game might actually be decently challenging.

I was saddened when Alex didn't manage to read the solution to Vinny's problem in Starforge. There are still jetpack weapons, starforge is not broken I promise you!
