I love hit mang.

Posted by Cerberus3Dog

I actually think the use of toys is a little disturbing tbh. Cool look though.

Posted by Stimpack

This is just like the Home Alone board game!

Hit Mango? Don't mind if I do!

Edited by Giganteus

I'd be down for a quick look or a quick look solo of this. The aesthetic alone deserves attention.

That is one sleek looking trailer.

@cerberus3dog: I feel there is a difference between miniatures and toys. Like would you call Warhammer figurines "toys"?

Edited by PurplePartyRobot

Really digging the tabletop game aesthetic to it.

I missed the whole trailer cause something fell under my chair.

OH GOD THAT YUNG JAZZZZZZZZZZ

Bought this for my iPad/iPhone the moment I saw this trailer

WARNING SQUARE STILL HAS A BAD TRACK RECORD

Check in app purchases because they have done some of the worst micro-transactions to date in previous applications and I'm sure just because it's part of a series many of us hold dear that they haven't changed their business strategy.

A game that focuses on the puzzle-like of the series rather than the action? That sounds awesome.

Watch out! He's right behind you!

Watched a playthrough of a few levels a couple of days ago and it looked like a bad puzzle game so eh

Boo. I nearly rushed to the app store to buy this based on this trailer alone. Love the aesthetic. Guess I'll wait for reviews.

Is it just me or have a lot of game trailers taken a huge step forwards in terms of style this year? I don't think I watched a single trailer last year, but I feel like I've personally watched a ton of really cool ones this year so far, and I'm not entirely sure why.

IAP's are fine. You can buy to skip to the next "world" or you can pay for more hints. If you actually play the game there is no need for them. I'm having a lot of fun with it so far. There is even a "world" based on a blood money misson, can't wait until I get to that.

@megabite10164: I ran over here just to say the same thing. It's $5 for the game but another $1 per chapter which to me makes no sense. If it for a straight $7.99 or even $10, I still would have been fine buying it because it looks great and I like the series, but this level of micro transaction is too much even for me.

Posted by SingingMenstrual

Is it still April 1st halfway through the month? Damn!

Posted by pinner458

Damn, I'm an Android user.

Posted by Flixxx

Yeah, the IAP is not necessary at all. It just lets you skip missions and gives you tips. Seems like a good value and it's fun so far and looks good :)

You don't need any of the IAP, you can finish the game without spending anything at all and I would recommend doing so.

nope! It's basically a 3 star system per level and you need to collect a certain amount of stars to advance to the next world. If you don't want to do that you can pay.

Finally! A hot new release for the PSP Go!

Posted by Hangnail

Windows Phone version please...!

Posted by chubbs21

@goldenwayne: oooookay. That is great news. Looks like I'll be buying it after all.

This looks incredibly stylish and I applaud them for going with such an incredibly refreshing art style.

@cerberus3dog: "Disturbing"? What on earth is disturbing about that?

Wish it was on Android :(

Bought! Hope it's good.

Played it at PAX East. Really fun, great idea. If this microtransaction stuff is true, totally not worth it.

Posted by Sergotron

Been hearing some positive buzz around this game today. I hope it doesn't get overshadowed too much by Hearthstone.

Is this what I think it is? ... a Hitman turn-based strategy game? :o

Posted by IAmNotBatman

Was interested, until I realised it's for Apple products.

People still use Android in 2014?

Posted by Chtasm

Don't you mean looks absolutionly gorgeous?

Posted by NeoCalypso

@wsgexe: You're being sarcastic or something right?

Posted by WSGEXE

@neocalypso: I thought Android was just for TracFones and stuff now.

Edited by allodude

Cool aesthetic. Is this tilt-shift?

Posted by Darkstalker

How much for all levels then?

Posted by Shtinky

No Android? Pass.

Edited by eccentrix

I don't want to buy this for my iPod Touch just to have it crash constantly. I'll wait for the android version and play it on a tablet.

Finally someone realizes Crimson Shroud is a great idea

Edited by AndrewB

And only available for iOS devices. Great. Let's hope this is fixed in the future and that the game is good.

Yes, more than Apple. http://www.pocket-lint.com/news/122459-1-5m-android-devices-activated-daily-1-billion-total-devices-on-horizon

Edited by MosaicM80

*sigh* And it's only for iOS. I know Apple is suppose to be the mobile gaming platform of choice, but I just like Android better. It has better features and just works better for me.

Posted by phobiatic

Yep, it's fun. Can confirm the IAP is totally superfluous; unless you don't want to play the game. But then what would be the point?
