How to Run the Crucible in Hunted: The Demon's Forge

Demon's are comin'.

Almost got first, but two people had commented in the time it took me to click the log in button.

What the hell? When have I played Hunted:The Demon's Forge?

Looks pretty interesting, can't think of any other games that let you customize arena combat in an action-RPG like this. The customization seems pretty deep without being too overwhelming. I'm interested to see how the game play actually feels though . 

Wow, that seems like a really neat feature. Almost seems like a throwback to the days of gaming that offered a bit more freedom and creativity for the gamer's experience.

Setting up maps?  For what reason?  Is there an actual story in this game or is it just a bunch of tedious grinding on random dungeon hack maps full of dodgy A.I.?  The controls look too much like just another cover-based third-person shooter and I can't see a reason to play this other than empty loot lust.  If there's a good co-op component then it could be worth a rental but from what I've seen thus far this game is not for me.

Sounds intriguing

I can't decide whether this game looks really neat, or it looks like its clutching at straws to get attention.  I guess we'll find out when it's released.

lol everybody is gonna make maps where you can only use your weakest weapon the most enemies and no respawns or health potions xD (at least that's what I would do)

But in this world you get to spend your hard-earned dinars by building gauntlet style challenges that you might die doing. :)

I have a sinking suspicion that this is only slightly less deep than the tools used to make the main game. And that worries me, because it looks like the variation isn't enough to keep things truly interesting.

Really cool, I love the fact that editors are still making it into modern games

Edit: Also worrisome: currency earned in single player is spent on content creation. Is the game so short that this is a suitable reward?

This looks dreadful.

This seems like a decent way to extend playability beyond the campaign without just adding a dumb deathmatch.

Also, is that David Clayman narrating the video?

I don't know if it''s the way it implemented, or it's just the narrator, but that seems super boring.

The whole "make your own dungeon crawler" thing sounds meh to me. So I could have a dungeon of 5 "arenas" where you fight 2 rounds of 100 waves... It just seems pointless to me.

Miss that Davey Clay giggle.

Splitscreen looks horrible but at least it exists. Other than that I think this shows a lot of gameplay elements that really enhance the game for the better.
