I understand that they are going for the Attitude Era in the game, but what's the point of Mike Tyson? Did they just give him Big Show's knockout punch and say done?

Tyson was a Part of DX for a little while and guest ref, and his move was the knockout punch if anything Big show took it from him, I guess you were not watching during the Attitude era.

Judging by the majority's reaction, seems so! :/ I thought it was pretty obvious what they were going for.

It's a cool addition for the Attitude roster, though I'm sure as fuck not gonna play as him. They should be adding in cool, more obscure names from back then like Al Snow or Gangrel.

I don't know how I feel about this. I mean, I know that I don't feel good about this, but i really just don't know how I feel about this.

Why is everyone getting all pissy about this? If you don't want to play with him, don't fucking play with him.

And if you are just going to judge a game 4-5 months before release because you feel some sort of entitlement, go right ahead. I, for one, am going to wait until they release some actual gameplay before I decide to write the game off as good or bad and pre order it. I've never understood that. It's fine to not want to pay 60 bucks for a game but don't bitch about the games features if you aren't even planning on buying it.

Guys... this game takes place in the late 90's 'attitude era'. Tyson has every right to be in there, and without the silly facial tattoo for god's sakes. And while I'm still waiting for a full-simulation (not watered-down/gimmicky/arcadey/suck) version of Legends of Wrestlemania covering years from 1985ish-2000ish that is actually a good game, this game looks like complete utter trash. Just another WWE game I won't be purchasing since SvR'2006.

actually I've been watching wrestling for more then 16 years so I remember the Attitude Era quite fondly , and recall that he also turned on DX and helped Austin win the title at Wrestlemania against Shawn Michaels. I was more talking from a game standpoint and actual move list that they have for the main roster that they'd just copy most of Big Shows move list since show isn't much of a "wrestler" that he'd basically play like Show does And also since Tyson will just be a preorder bonus that I doubt they'll take any time to incorporate into anything beyond just the normal gametypes so why differentiate him that much.

This will be amazing if instead of fake wrestling people, Iron MIke goes in and just starts punching fools for real and knocking them out!

They really shouldn't have played a video of how he actually looks before the gameplay video. I've never seen him with that much hair, and they left off the tattoos including the facial one. Also, it really shows how absurdly slow he moves in-game relative to his real movements.

Have they purposely made the graphics engine worse? He looks like a CAW from an N64 game

This is referencing a guest appearance from 2010? Which itself was heavily referential of one 12 years earlier? I know WWE gets worse every year, but are they really this desperate?
