Hm. Well, I think this looks interesting. The fact that there are a lot of zombie things right now doesn't really make this one any less good. Its quality kind of rests entirely within itself. If you're burnt out on zombie games, maybe play less of them?

I agree with you about appreciating gameplay footage. However, Coldplay does make everything awesome.

I am getting fairly excited about this game. I finished Dead Island - loved first 1/3.

Super interested in this game. Dead Island had so much potential. I'm pretty close to being sold on this one. Just need to see how it's structured. Is there still loot? Is co-op focused? Etc.

Feel like this has had a GFX downgrade

Let's all appreciate that Techland is giving us a gameplay trailer here, instead of some BS "emotional" Coldplay music video with shock imagery that has nothing to do with the game.

My pre-order is still justified in my eyes. Looks like a streamlined Dead Island to me and that is an idea worth supporting. As much as I hate the delay, I'm just glad they're (claiming to be) doing it for the right reasons - You know, to make it as good as it can be.

A lot of negative comments for this one, seems kind of weird. As much as zombies are so passe, there was a lot to like about the first Dead Island and this just looks like they've done that again but a lot better.

I liked the tone of the original cinematic trailer they released more than this. This really feels like "Yeahhhhhhh zombies". I dunno. Still interested, hope its good.

So is this one an RPG too? Melee was DI's bread and butter, but guns were just too weak/boring. I hope they improve the shooting AND allow us to more easily use whatever weapon we wish to without having to specialize in only one.

Man, I loved that control scheme in Dead Island. The number of times my deadly, calculated swinging turned into panicked flailing during an onslaught never failed to crack me up afterward.

If you went back and told Edward R. Murrow that his famed sign-off would provide the slogan for a zombie-survival video game, he'd put a cigarette out in your eye.

The graphics are insane, dead island was cool. easy seeing luigi is not in this game,zombie luigi .

The first Dead Island had a lot of really great stuff going for it so I am interested in this game. However this was not a good trailer.

Oh, and the analogue combat has to be in there. It was quality.

If they decide to put the analog combat back into it, I'll play it. It sure looks nice.
