I think the game comes with default clips to fill in if you don't have enough people or something. I'm pretty sure the same lady was in another preview I saw.

Jeff minimal enthusiasm is hilarious, I can imagian him riding on a roller coaster completely strait-faced with his arms crossed.

Yep that lady and I believe that other guy are some of the stock actors that fill in just in if you don't happen to have enough buddies during a session.
