The browser version is pretty neat. Has some old-school discovery along with fun problem solving. Great for all ages (not really) and one of my favorites because of all the fun I had with it and the potential I saw (very much).

How can I play this?

Well it looks pretty amazing!

I want a competitive slasher movie game; where a bunch of people play the teenagers, tasked to carry out "missions" (dumb horror movie things like skinny dipping or going out to get beer alone), while another player is the killer.

I would play a game like that! If such a beast existed, it would be my game of the decade in fact. :)

But I still want a Jason Voorhees stealth game where I have to haunt a bunch of naughty teens. That is pretty much my dream game. You could gain power as they do stupid teenager things like you described above and that could give you the ghost walk where Jason seems to be at every door at any given time or super speed where he can walk at a leisurely stride and still catch up to jock teens who are clearly running way faster. Even better, give your Jason avatar some kind of "naughty sense" where he can tell when someone is doing something like getting wasted in the woods so he knows where to seek them out.

I dunno, there are lots of ways they could make it interesting.

@zzombie13: I can't believe a game like this hasn't already been made, it's what I wanted Naughty Bear to be, but that turned out terrible.

Everyone should go Greenlight this, now!

Looks hilarious.

The free flash version was pretty entertaining, and I'm curious as to what Lakeview Cabin 7 has in store with its parody on The Thing.
