and still the bikes are way more fun than they were in IV.

The game that made me swear off GTA. It was fun for a good while, but the actual missions are garbage.

Still has the greatest licensed compilation soundtrack ever in the GTA series.

Man seeing this trailer and recalling how great Vice City was makes me excited for GTAV.

VC was a classic and it's a little crazy to think how long it's been, and how far we've come.

Best setting. Best characters. Best soundtrack. I love me some Vice City.

I was 10 years old when it came out, I played it then and I play it now.

This trailer upsets me though, because playing it on the iPad or iPhone will suck, why not just release it in HD on PS3?

Why are they doing these 10th anniversary editions for iOS and Andriod? I will not understand Rockstar's thinking in this. Pick the worst possible avenue for them to be released and ignore the mountains of cash an HD Bundle would bring in on 360 and PS3. It's like Rockstar is taking the Square-Enix approach of hating money and actively sabotaging what people actually want and will pay for.

Still the best GTA.

Wow, I was only 13 when this game came out. I don't know how I let this game slip by my parents.... Great game and fantastic soundtrack. I still have the gameinformer mag as the GTA Vice City exclusive edition.

Damn, now I want to watch Scarface and Carlito's Way again.

I'm pretty sure I've spent more than 500 hours in VC purely because of this. Surely the game I've played the most ever

Loved this game. Such great music and ambiance. I really wish I could play on a PSP. My Android device would just overheat after 30 minutes.

Vice City was my first game. I have 100% completed it 8 times and did it from memory earlier this year. I'd totally play it again if it were a PS3 download but there is no way I'm doing it on iOS or Android.

I remember being 15, and excitedly picking this up after school during my sophomore year. This game got a lot of my time back then.

Probably one of my favourite games of all time.

The world-building is so incredible that it's pretty hard not to get swept up in it.

As someone has already said, while the missions may have been garbage (wouldn't entirely agree), everything else is so wonderful that it's easy to overlook.

idunno. the gameplay doesn't really hold up imo, compared to what they've done since then with Red Dead Redemption, Max Payne 3, and GTA 4. shooting and movement in general is clunky as all hell, and losing all yr shit when you die makes it even worse.

if they did a remake of the game that improved all those aspects, I would totally be on board, even if they didn't update the graphics at all.

I just stopped playing Vice City Stories on the PSP. That game's... kinda rough. I kept struggling on because I love everything GTA, but it was fucking impossible. I can't imagine playing something in the similar vein but on a touchscreen.

That is the only scene from the game I remember so well because it's my favorite from the whole game.

Man, so many weekends with friends playing this non-stop in a stinky room on ps2. Do I miss high school? Nah, not much... but I sure miss being 16 sometimes.

The best GTA of all time. I downloaded GTA 3 for iOS, and the gameplay was garbage. Mostly the driving. So unfortunately I probably will not be picking this up.

Damn, I already felt old when that game came out. Now I feel really old!

They never did beat that soundtrack again, but that might be for the fact that I actually recognized the music. I still say it had the best fake radio programs though; Maurice Chavez and all.

Kingdom hearts 1 is also 10 years old.....

This was such a rad game, this trailer does make me want to play it again.

Actually, there's significant framerate dips in III that were not there on the original Xbox. The emulation on 360 is sub-par.

I cannot imagine having a satisfying time playing this on a touchscreen.

Perfect headline, first thing I thought was 'It's been ten years, I feel old'.

Still one of the greatest soundtracks ever assembled... 80's music rocked.

Downloading as we speak. Oh man that brought back memories.
