There are a lot of fun lines and stuff about it, actually. Like Kenny is constantly bringing it up. "Should we really have the one armed guy do this?" and such. I thought it was cool not having it.

I know this is a commercial, but don't watch this if you haven't played the game. It's full of spoilers.

I also know how few people will read this. Oh well.

At least I got to see what happened. My save file corrupted after the end of episode 4.

There are two non-dialogue choices that after the episode I felt a little cheated by, but I've sort of come around on them.

The majority of people cut off Lee's arm AND had Clem shoot him? You are all monsters. Both of those choices seem unnecessary in the game...but then again that's my opinion. Did cutting off the arm have any benefit?

I must be a horrible human being because I didn't really care. The game started good, but the longer the series went on, the more obvious it was that the choices were superficial and that the developers tried to guilt me into feeling bad with cheap tricks, such as killing people off randomly and somehow making me responsible.

And then there's of course the whole "zombie" thing which is a dumb concept to begin with, but hey.

This was more or less exactly how my game went.

Eh, I don't know. I feel like introducing a new group is just an easy way for them to recycle a bunch of the tropes and ideas that were already recycled in this season. At least if they pick it back up with an older, hardened Clementine they're open to something new and different. And I think you're wrong about what people want from this. People are definitely attached to Clem.

Oof. Most of those aren't the choices I made, including the last one. But man, that last one's still rough.

Huh. Clemetine's Brooklyn Sweater really bothered me, in that video. Took me a while to figure out which choice lead to that.

Well.. either way, if you cut off his arm, at the end it's pretty much implied that if you leave Lee alone, then he's going to die of blood loss and return as a zombie anyway..

Personally I cut off Lee's arm, thinking he would make it out okay. Then... the ending..dammn. I wish they did another statistic to fill out the following table:

I think these percentages would be interesting.

They left out the most horrible decision a player could make; playing the last episode before it got patched and in so doing erasing all previous progress.

I wanted to see the animation and dialog for it. Pretty good stuff.

Most of my decision were like that though. I wasn't all that invested in the story or characters after ep 3.

My Lee was solo at the start of ep 5, so i had him cut off his own arm. Lee is hardcore.

Holy shit, I didn't even think to use those handcuffs on the zombie.

Wasn't it already established that everyone in this universe is already infected? Since the disease is airborne and whatnot. I read somewhere that the only reason bites are bad in the Walking Dead universe is because they carry all sorts of disease and infections with them. I might be wrong though.

Also, I think the game glitched out on me and made it so that I lost my temper with Kenny. I didn't throw the bust at all.

I chose to kill the kidnapper myself. NOBODY KIDNAPS CLEM AND GETS AWAY WITH IT!!!

The bite is what kills you. Yes, everyone turns when they die, but if you're bitten it means a swift death within days, or hours.

Everybody knows that after a zombie bite, that limb needs to come off immediately. Eventually cutting it off after a long walk through the sewers is really just a risky waste of time.

All my choices were to try to keep the conversation cool, but Lee just went and flipped unexpectedly throwing the bust.

That seems like a skewed percentage as other people are saying they experienced the same.

God, this gave me chills all over again. Can't wait for season 2!

I sure hope Season 2 is a followup to the original with Clementine as the main character. That would be sweet. She's a lovely and amazing character.

I had her do it in service of the story. Lee had been her teacher and guardian throughout the entire game, and I thought, as ugly as it might be, Clem needed to learn that hard times will bring hard decisions. I didn't want Clem going back out into that world without being able to do the hard thing.

I can't play this game, so I've read instead. I paid for the game, so don't be too put off by my asking this.

Why didn't Lee kill himself? I think that would be the real adult human tendency..ppl. do it all the time. A friend of mine did (drunk and depressed), unfortunately, years ago. I will also say this, I was rooting for Lee as much as Clem. For some reason I reallly liked his charactor for the time I did play..part 1 and 2 of the chapters. And also saw that one good female charactor killed in a trailer( that did me in). But I really pullled for Lee, I did not want to see him come out as the sacrifice. Not that was fair to some of the others. Kenny for example actually seemed real to me, everyone looks out for themself at times.

But Lee should of have done the job himself, some caring, instructions and his possessions to Clem and told her to look away, whiskey if possible perhaps for not caring and...just saying. She would need the gun afterwards.

That was not an easy world.

The Walking Dead comics and the TV show have a bit of a track record with cutting off limbs to stop the effects of the bite, so I had reason to believe it might work. Otherwise I probably wouldn't have done it.

Who wouldn't cut their arm off immediately after getting bit? Have they not seen enough zombies?
