Looks awesome, can't wait! The Kollector's Edition seems like overkill for me though, can't see myself with it somehow.

game looks sweet, but that trailer was boring as shit

A really disappointing trailer due to the great amount of hype the Mileena and Kratos ones gave me.

I hate to say it (and I loved using Kang in the old kombats) but this trailer actually made me less interested for the game.   The pacing of it just didnt seem as tight as previous trailers released. 
 
And for this reboot (I know every game under the sun is doing CEs right now ) but god dam this CE doesnt offer anything and it shouldnt even justify a collectors edition as this game should be able to stand on its own 2 feet and say 'IM FUCKIN BACK BITCHES'.
 
This CE just looks tacked on which ultimately makes the product as a whole look worse for it.

That looked bad. Sorry to say it, but up until now I really liked what they showed for this game, but this looks very mediocre at best.

It makes me sad to realize that the reason they probably didn't do the arcade finish was because they are probably saving it for paid DLC.

Oh man I <3 Liu Kang he's getting a teleport 0.o I thought he would turn into a dragon for a sec or fireball his head off.

The frames looked real choppy I hope they fix in that in the final version.

My roommate (who just ordered the Kollector's edition) is absolutely SALIVATING over this game, but specifically over Kabal. Every new character announced who isn't Kabal is like a knife through his poor heart.

Didn't buy the Dead Space 2 CE due to crappy plastic crap. This CE looks good though. I might give this a pre-order. Also.. fighting games are good.

The bicycle kick animation was a little wonky.... but, if that's the only thing I didn't find awesome.. then i'd say that's pretty good! Those book ends are very sweet, however they might need to hold my game cases instead. :)

I don't know why people are not enticed by this game. I gave up on Mortal Kombat after 4, Deception was the only OK follow up. Regardless, now it's going back to its roots and the gameplay actually looks enjoyable.  Mortal Kombat has always been about over the top, exaggerated moves so don't expect something like Dead or Alive.
 
Oh and about the DLC - yeah I hope they don't milk it to death, but I know for a fact that it's just the EXTRA fatalities that they're throwing into the paid DLC mix. We're still going to get a few for each character with the game.

It's kinda weird how this series is still allowed to exist thanks to nostalgia and gore. Most of the nostalgia also being induced by the goriness of the original games. I call it gorestalgia.

Meh. I'm not super keen on the the juggling stuff they've shown in some of the other previews. I'll wait to see some actual gameplay before deciding in this one.
