Mass Effect 2 Soldier Video

I love lots of guns so I'll probably play as a soldier since I was also once in ME1.

ill be the soldier my first playthrough of mass effect 2, since thats what i am currently in ME1

I loved being a soldier in ME1. It was my first WRPG and everything was new to me accept for the fact that I can shoot a gun well since I play a lot of shooters. The class did not disappoint. I felt like  the game could throw anything at me, and it was okay, cause I could not only shoot it, but shoot the ever living Christ out of it. Will be a soldier in ME2.

It clearly sounds like a woman to me. I don't know what you people are talking a bout.

It'd be cool to have access to the assault rifles but I'd rather play a class that has access to tech or biotic powers.

She forgot to mention that if you play the Soldier, you better ratchet up that difficulty slider!  The Soldier could pretty much bulldoze through the first Mass Effect without many problems.  It's only after using one of the squishier classes that I built up an appreciation of the combat and skills system.

I was gonna play vanguard because the Charge abilty looks sweet, but i really like the adrenaline and heavy weps so i'lll play this like i did in ME1. HURRAY!

so i guess he'll be carrying ALL the weapons as in ME1..even ones he or his party members cant use

Most nerfed class? I doubt you'll be able to just keep activating immunity like you could before. High level soldiers in ME1 were nigh invincible.

Man...everyone of these vids looks better than the previous. Cannot wait to play this.

This game is so inspired and exciting zzz..........

I'm guessing you all played ME1 on the xbox. On the PC, the biotic classes were a lot more fun than the soldier because you had access to a toolbar that you could control with the number buttons, which made it so that you didn't have to pause the game to fire off biotic and tech powers.
 
But the soldier class and the new weapons look pretty sweet, especially the new assault rifles and the heavy weapons. I think I'll still be going adept, though.

Shepard really looks different.

If this is the only class that can use all the weapons and ammo... Why would I use any others?
 
Assault Rifles are always the meat of an action game.  This really sucks.

The soldier looks like it has an answer for anything the game can throw at it, plus bullet time and assault rifles.  I was leaning towards adept, but I'm sticking with soldier after watching this.

This game keeps looking better and better.

I have to admit, these videos of the different classes have been stunning. I don't just want to play Mass Effect 2, I want to play it six times so I can play all these different classes. I'm not sure anymore which class I want to be. Every time I watch one of these videos I change my mind! I still think I'll be a vanguard the first time through, but I can easily imagine myself playing through the second time as the Soldier.
 
Twelve more days. I've got my calendar cleared. I'm sure I'll be playing for at least two days straight.

So close to getting this.  Well, work and Barrett Jackson will keep me occupied so the wait wont be hard.

It's Vanguard On the first play through and solider on the second play though for me.

Soldiers are boring. I'm going to be an engineer.

I can wait for ME2, but I'm weary of the prospect of ammo.
