That was a good concept. All of the "Meet the..." videos turned out really well. All that's left is to hope for a TF2 animated series; maybe that's what the Adult Swim partnership is about.

Eh, it was alright. Medic, Sniper, and Spy are still better.

There's a lot of hints in this video that the Pyro is a woman. Heavy refers to Pyro as a "thing."

Also the song is kind of a big hint as well.

Although one could argue that the Pyro is a man and is just completely twisted.

EDIT: I realize that I just equated a Woman to a THING, which was not my intention, haha.

I was not expecting that, but I'm pretty happy with what I got. :)

So good... wasn't expecting that. 

This video is sexist. It implies pyro loves rainbows and happy things and pyro might be a girl.

Granted while I think that there are few things in the valve "Meet the" videos that are just random happenstance, not give a definitive answer on this is kind of a kick in the pants.

The Heavy calls the Pyro it, the Scout says "He is not here, is he?" the closed captioning places it has "He is not here, is she?"

Overall I will always think the Pyro is a woman but there is just no way to prove one way or another.

The dialogue played on the concept and it shows that it doesn't really matter and it's up to a players imagination. Regardless of gender, the pyro is a deranged monster and in some cases can refer to common player tactics.

Before this, I looked forward to the big gender reveal for Pyro. Now, I honestly do not care. Pyro is a nut and that is all that is important.

when I saw the "pyro-vision" start up, I stopped and laughed so much my grandma thought I was losing it. well done valve, I did not see that one coming at all.
