Looks like you can do everything Raiden did in MGS4 and then some. Could be fun but it depends on how well that combat style can play.

I think MGS is still my most beloved gaming experience to date. I waited it to come out for so long, and when i finally got it..MAN, it blew me away ! I was obsessed, I played it trough like 15 times ( not kidding) and i became a huge Metal Gear geek.

Time will tell i guess... but as for now , this looks like a bunch of fuckin' nonsense.

And... that's kind of why I want to play this game. Hideo Kojima is the master of fuckin' nonsense, and having Platinum Games, the producers of the best fuckin' nonsense in the last 5 or so years work on this, I am ready for the awesome stupidity that is Revengance.

This does not look true to the MGS spirit, which is saying something, given just how ridiculous that spirit was in the first place.

Real shame its gonna blemish a character for me.

This is so cheesy and so fucking awesome. I never played a Metal Gear Solid, but I might just to get some context for this game.

Not that looks like it needs much, though.

As soon as I saw the Raiden vs. Vamp MGS4 trailer this was always the cyber-ninja Raiden game I wanted, I don't understand the hate for it.

Kojima's convoluted nonsense + Platinum's over the top violence = take my dam money

I believe they're partially organic. It was touched on in MGS4, I'm pretty sure, but the exact details escape me.

I will buy anything with Metal Gear slapped on the box, because I'm a fan (read: sucker) like that.

This is crazy and weird like games used to be. Man.

I'm a huge MGS fan but this doesn't look too appealing to me. Not because it looks so crazy, just because it looks like it's lacking a great deal of polish. I guess it mostly comes down to how well it plays.

That being said, I realized just how effective that whole cut to logo/credits with voice over really is. It makes everything seem more important, even silly dialogue.

The consensus on this game is basically "Looks batshit crazy. I can't fucking wait."
