I don't know how to feel about this game anymore, but I'm getting it 100% on Day one. I think it's a bit too ridiculous for it's own good, but whatever, it looks awesome.

Whats the deal with all the explosions in this game still looking like they belong in 2002 and the textures looking so low res.  Seems like they sacrificed alot of visuals in order to do bigger set pieces the 360 could handle. Suppose as long as it was worth it then meh.
 
 I do worry that the the PC version is going to be just a half assed port but ah well all that aside I'll probably still get it eventually, when the over-blown hype dies down.

Looks awesome!  I hope there is something new in there though and that it's just not another glorified FPS.

And the decade's most anticipated game?  My ass, I was way more jacked for GTA4.

This game looks completely over-the-top and I'm fine with that. I don't see anyone complaining about Uncharted 2 being too exciting or ridiculous, and if this can be even half of that then it will be awesome.

upon extended consideration, that was a pretty badass trailer.

That looks awesome.

But did anyone else notice all the jagged textures during the trailer ? The explosions look amazing but the stuff thats being blown apart doesn't seem to have the right anti-aliasing or texture smoothing. The character models look very nicely detailed too but the vehicles they are riding don't look as good.

This looks pretty over the top but whatever, I will play it.

Yeah the space part looks cool, but games and movies both usually display the most exciting parts in the trailers, and when you play or watch them, it's not nearly as exciting. I mean it looks cool, but I've been super excited about many games in the past from interviews and trailers, and have been disappointed almost an equal amount of times. I hope it's as exciting as the trailer shows, but judging from gaming history, I doubt it will be.

Cool trailer. Didn't even care about the game before the trailer but .... wow. Good song too but it doesn't really fit. If they had to pick Eminem, it should have been "Soldier".
