More Trouble on the Homefront

Game still looks graphically a little off. Something about the smoke and fire textures maybe? Can't quite figure it out. 
 
Other than that, here's to hoping for a good story.

Ah, from that crazy Red Dawn guy. As long as you can hit A to scream "Wolverines" this might be worth a purchase.

Should I feel silly for being optimistic about this game? If the first hour can motivate the player as well as HL2's City 17 sequence does then it could be a masterpiece.

Look great! Though, It's hard to believe North Korea has the power to invade the US.

I can't take a game that has NORTH KOREA INVADING THE US seriously.  Kudos to them for not using China or Russia...but, North Korea?  Come on, they're that skinny kid from 2nd grade who tried to pick a fight with everyone and always got his ass kicked.

Oh man... I got really excited for a second when I heard that voice, it almost sounded like Lelouch Vi Britannia... I nearly screamed "All Hail Lelouch!" But now I'm unsure... Johnny Yong Bosch is that you or am I mistaken?

 North Korea invading and conquering the United States would be like Australia invading and taking over South America; or Poland invading and occupying Germany in WWII. Even if it's in the future, their technology, culture, and economy will be 30 to 40 years behind the rest of the world at all times. They have 24 million people, most of whom still use oxen and bulls instead of tractors. The US has 310 million people and the largest Navy, Airforce, and the second largest collection of MBTs in the world. 
 
Random Facts I've learned recently: 

• The M1 Abrams tank has never lost in tank-to-tank warfare. 
• The F22 Raptor is the world's most advanced aircraft and is technologically superior to any other fighter jet in the world. The US has got 160+ of them and doesn't export them because they're too advanced.
  
• North Korea's fighting jets are MIG29s (from the 80's), and they only have 40 of them.
  
• North Korea doesn't even have a real Navy and has no Amphibious Assault Craft or Aircraft carriers or any long-range bombers, and cannot invade anyone but South Korea and maybe Japan.
• The US spent $663,800,000,000 on the defense budget in 2010. North Korea's entire GDP is only $40,000,000,000.
• Most of North Korea's fighting generation in the next 10 years or so will be mostly crippled due to the famines of the mid 90's. So in 2015 North Korea's 20-25 year-olds will rarely be taller than 5'6".
• North Korea has 9 battleships (frigates and corvettes). The United States has around 100, and 11 aircraft carriers containing over 3000 aircraft.

I welcome our North Korean masters onto our private and desolate shores, show us the true meaning of socialism.

Since when would one believe that N. Korea has the means to invade US soil? The story in this game is stupid, but the it looks like it could be fun.

I still find this whole story preposterous. I doubt that North Korea will still be around in 2027. Having China as the enemy would've at least made a little bit of sense.

Can everyone shut the fuck up about how NK could never invade the U.S. It's a fictional story and most likely there are other events in the game's narrative which allow NK to become stronger and the U.S to become weaker and therefore cause the invasion. I don't remember seeing people complain when in CoD the U.S and U.K are operating in Russia with no consequence.

Those are some herky-jerky-ass animations...

If this is anything REMOTELY like the awesomeness that is  Freedom Fighters, then Im down.

Oh this is the best and I love how laughable Kim's voice is. They would fucking flip in Crazyland (official but not widely known correct pronunciation) if their citizens knew about this, loving it! Fuckin' epin'.

Haven't seen a game yet written by a hollywood writer that had a legit story. These graphics look bad. I"m callin it months ahead of time, this will be a bad game. 2 stars.

Interesting. The 1st person shooter equivalent, more or less, to World In Conflict. I'm exited.

Responses from people who've played this have been really damn positive. I'm extremely hopeful.
