If you want to see a few seconds of obscured gameplay, type 66.194.172.6 into your address bar and type in FATHER as the hostname on the page you get. The teaser is extended at the end to include some first-person sequences.

But it doesn't show any Paul Reiser cameos, so it's pretty much pointless.

While I agree with you completely about the Aliens universe, you should probably also realise that there are lots of things that get made that simply aren't going to appeal to everyone.

I'm more than a little disappointed that there probably isn't a new Borderlands coming anytime soon

Dude! With Gear box at the helm you'd better get your games of the year pens out. How can they fail after working on some of the 'greats' such as Half-Life, Counterstrike, Halo, Borderlands, Dude Nukem Forever and Samba da Amigo. Smoking or Non-smoking?

I want an Aliens game where I can sell out my squad mates for
a fucking percentage.

Also, I would rather have seen Obsidian's Aliens RPG built instead
of another goddam shooter. It'll probably be a COD/MW clone, but
instead of fuckin' zombies, you got fuckin' Aliens(c).

Were you trying to post as much ignorance possible in as few sentences possible, or was this an accident?

Could you explain why you think a science fiction squad based shooter would be a clone of COD/MW? Or is that something you say about every game that involves guns and shooting things?

So you would have rather seen Obsidians buggy ass game with horrible mechanics then a Squad based shooter from one of the best FPS developer? Your insane.

If I could alter reality, then we would have an Aliens RPG. I don't
know why that would be unfortunate for you. Plus I have no idea
why my powers of altering reality & reality distortion have anything
to do with why I would prefer the Obsidian-built RPG over this
thing (which I'll probably end up playing anyway since I like
Aliens, though if it flops like AvP did, I can get it on the cheap).
