This game looks neat, but I already knew that. What I'm interested in are the backroom brand development strategy meetings that decided they should push Beyond Good and Evil with this product. It MUST mean that Beyond Good and Evil 2 is still coming. IT MUSSSSST.

@Koobz: Ancel has confirmed BG&E 2 is still in development, but he's waiting to put it on the next generation of consoles.

As for Rayman, this looks like garbage. Thanks for taking a perfectly charming character and turning him into a retarded buffoon. Also, how could they still be using that idiot, Globox? Rayman 2 comes out; all reviews call him out for being stupid. Rayman 3 comes out; all reviews call him out for being obnoxious. Naturally, Ubi Soft hears, "THE WORLD LOVES HIM! Let's make EVERYONE stupid now!". Ugh.

There are plenty of great sidescrollers now because of e-tailers like XBLA and PSN. We don't need this garbage.

When you feel like making a proper Rayman sequel, I'll be there Ubi Soft. But this? This can crash and burn. And quickly become forgotten.

There is still nothing quite like this. The fantastic music and the obviously simplistic but fun gameplay... :D I loved rayman 1, 2 (being my favorite), and 3, and this Im so looking forward to it. Kind of surprising that its not a downloadable though, yes.

This somehow reminds me of the old Earthworm Jim games.

I hope this game doesn't trap me in a bubble.

Still looking ultra pretty. Can't help but think they should've chosen a different date to put the game out on, or at least have made it a download. Assassin's Creed, NFS The Run, Skyrim, and MW3 make for some tough competition

@vinsanityv22: The Rayman character was neither stupid nor obnoxious in 2 and 3, and the atmospheres of the didn't fit that description either. Rayman 3 had a couple of obnoxious moments. But that was only a couple.

Rayman does look like he might be somewhat obnoxious in this game, but if that's all it takes to set you so firmly against it without hearing about how it handles, you should lighten up.
