i hope people realize the one q&a guy talking about how GB helped him was being sincere and wasn't actively trying to bring the mood down. props to him for having the courage to say it; this site really means a lot to people and has clearly helped quite a few fans through difficult times. not cringeworthy at all.

Without this alternate cut, I would never have known that John Drake attempted to dive kick Dave Lang after ambushing Jeff! Well done Drew.

Since I watched the panel live, I am debating if I want to watch the whole thing again, or just the Drew interview. Decisions, decisions.

As great as this whole thing was, 2:15:00 is the best damn thing.

that was a great end to my first PAX. my only complaint is that the damn PAX enforcers pushed so many of the people who were first in line furthest from the panel. that was really fucked up. some of us had been waiting hours ahead and we were all cast aside...

The only downside of this version is that you can't see Brad turn into a tomato at 2:15:05. Other than that, great work as always guys.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Drew is a handsome man.

Even knowing that end was coming, it was still fantastic. Especially Jeff Green.

Also, I'm really glad Jeff shot down the concept that the Midwest or anything but the coasts are some backwards, internet-less plains that have never heard of digital downloads. The guy who asked that question was stuck in a really unfortunate bubble at Gamestop, but it's completely unrepresentative.

I watched wrestling many many years ago, that's exactly how I remember, except totally Giantbomb style.

Seeing some of the other panels, Giant Bomb is pretty much the only group that "brings it". Everything else is just boring ass conversations.

Tell the dude that asked about the booing that, I was just answering his question if Patrick booing was a joke.

Great panel, the cursed Crash Bandicoot jacket was so good but even better was Brad completely losing it.

the theater is fucking huge and no one was looking that far back. That and everyone was too busy watching Drake bottle Lang to be staring at the back of the theater. My guess is he only came in right at the end, I was there and didn't see him among the reserved seating for the GB friends/devs or whatnot.

Holy shit, Patrick is really good at giving great answers to shitty questions.

Good lord, these questions... A lot of them are truly fucking painful and embarrassing.

I was one of the last to go and had my question all planned out in my head, but when I got to the front of the line I was suddenly in front of a ton people and cameras and I stumbled and lost my words. At least the questions, barring a few in particular, weren't as awkward this time. Props to the San Antonio dude though for making that drive.

The questions would be fine if a) people would ask short, simple questions, instead of long rambling ones that require two minutes of pointless context first, and b) if people would stop trying to be funny.

Like, that guy who worked at a Best Buy - hooooooly fuck man. Just kept talking and talking and talking.

It's enough that I almost wish they'd pre-screen the questions to gather some good ones, because the Q&A is always where the momentum of the GB panel grinds to a halt. This year actually wasn't as bad as years past (far fewer people trying to be comedians), but there were still a couple of stink bombs in there.

I want to go to PAX simply for this panel, no other reason is needed for me. I AM SOLD.

Great panel this year, everyone was really engaged. Question time made me sweat and blush in the privacy of my own home, pretty much everything I could have hoped for!

Man, Brad had some zingers this year. Glad to see him getting more comfortable with the panel format. And of course the Boston show itself remains a glorious shitshow.
