Hrm, glad there was info on this @ GiantBomb to figure out where the hell this goes in the series. My prediction is that while the game itself might be good, releasing it about the same time as the movie will confuse some of the general public who are so used to seeing a movie-based game come out around the same time as a movie.

Awesome 3D work, although the princes face did look rather fugly. Other wise truly stunning 3D work done there. I could careless about the game, but the video looks great.

It's so sad that so many of the comments are on how ugly the Prince is, I mean he isn't... oh god. Nevermind, dude is ugly.

Really looking forward to this whole Prince of Persia craze, that will be coming with the next few years.  With all the money that will be thrown at the franchise.  The movies and games will be really deeply developed.  Totally worthy of obsessive fanboyism.
 
Of course, money doesn't automatically mean good.  But it does mean,  if it is good, there will be a more!  I mean, lets be realistic about the possibilities of a franchise of movies using an amazing, classic video game series as their source materiel.  It's LOTRs for video gamers. (err sorry, I mean "Electronic Entertainment")  
 
Bottom line, if this game is good, there will be more.  The movies will be huge, and it will be a fanboy paradise!

jesus, ever since this was announced I've just been so mad when the topic of prince of persia comes out.

I liked the "heavy" enemy goon in the LotR battle, but the prince has a deformed face and that voice doesn't work... whad'ya expect with a cash-in movie-game...

prince face does look weird but I cant pick the feature(s) out that make me think that.

I find the voice actor complaints hilarious considering that's his ORIGINAL voice actor. The one from Sands of Time and The Two Thrones. That's exactly how he sounded like in those games, and if you hated his voice there too... well you can just go and piss off!

Fully expecting horrible things from this game! Pumped!
