As others have said, very Castle Crashers, which is OK with me. Even down to the controls - LT is block, RT is magic menu, etc.

This looks like a Behemoth game, only perhaps lacking some of the nuance Behemoth can bring to their titles.

It's been really interesting watching Ska Studios slowly rise to prominence.

I'm gonna ask someone to tell me all the jokes in this game when it comes out, because this looks like the farthest thing from something that's fun to play. It's a sidescrolling beat 'em up, we all know how those work.

Directly related addendum: Someone should release Odin Sphere and Muramasa on XBLA, those are side-scrolling beat 'em ups with gorgeous sprite-based art.

I hope there is a 12 piece ska band boss fight at some point that just skank while you beat the crap out of them. I know this is super early build but I'm not really digging the art design. It looks like that super scratchy style that goth kids draw at 14 years old. The UI also makes my head hurt.

This is kind of what i'd a imagine a Metalocalypse game would look like if one were ever made.(I think one was in developement at some point but it got canned) Love Ska Studios and both the Dishwasher games but i'm gonna be honest.. this game looks pretty terrible in it's current state. Combos are way to slow for a game of this nature and there arent enough melee weapons. Obviously this is an early build though and the concept is sound, I dont doubt James Silva & co will deliver when this game is finally released. (but a Twitter feed guys? really? ;S)

Don't know why people are hating on this game when they haven't even tried it out. Give games a chance and stop being so damn negative. Looks good so far, not very original though. Still I like the punk rock theme and combat so far, I'll give this game a shot.
