I'm with Patrick on this one.

Vinny was joking when he said the beginning part was CG, right?

Posted by billyhoush

I hope they are remaking Night Trap and Sewer Shark. No I don't.

Posted by HellknightLeon

I don't like what I'm looking at... might turn into something cool.

Posted by DarkestZam

This dosn't look that interesting to me. Not something that shuld be on a console reveal.

Edited by simkas

I have no idea what this game is or could be but hey, it's a new game from Remedy, that's enough to be excited about. Too bad it'll probably be XONE exclusive.

Is this Alan Wake II: Quantum Break?

Edited by BeachThunder

Next generation graphics! :o

Is that Jeff's math teacher girlfriend from Community?

Posted by Christoffer

And to think it's probably just a measly 7 years until we know more about this Remedy product.

Edited by VoshiNova

Holy shit that looked absolutely stupid.

Posted by RE_Player1

So if this is Remedy we should expect this in 2016? 2017?

FMV GAMES ARE BACK, Y'ALL!

XONE WITH ANOTHER BULLET IN SONY'S COFFIN!

No mo-cap dog, no sale!

I just wait for it to be released on Steam later, as Remedy loves putting their games on there with far better PC versions.

Yeah, but three years later.

"What makes you special?"

"You really wanna know?"

"I do."

"Well, secretly I am A GIANT EVIL BOAT!"

This game has the best graphics I've ever seen

Kind of reminds me of Looper

in that it has a kid with super amazing powers.

Yeah, but three years later.

While the first Alan Wake took three years, their PC port of American Nightmare was only three or four months after it was out on XBLA.

Is that Lauren Stamile?

Posted by AlKusanagi

If it's not a next gen Alan Wake, it can just eff right off.

Microsoft is gonna do a quantum break up every consumer rights ass when this thing gets launched.

Posted by Falconer

Hopefully this game doesn't get delayed by a couple years.

Also, that sound when the ship jumps forward reminds me of Fringe. Oh god please tell me a Remedy game has elements from Fringe.

Exxon Valdez: The Game!

It's not a boat it's a ship!

I can't tell if things like this video and Hemlock Grove are supposed to be campy and hokey as part of their style, or if all that stuff just unfortunately comes off that way. I suppose the only way to make the prior work is for the latter to seem true. Either way I HATE every part of the video and want to see more.

At least something seems to finally be coming after this mysterious crap Sam Lake was throwing around talking about this town called Ordinary just before E3 2012 a year ago.

Edited by McGhee

That was seriously One of the worst trailers I have ever seen.

Posted by Waffley

Quantum Break One, exclusive to the P'Xone!

the P stands for Pizza.

Posted by GnomeonFire

Disappointed when it turned out not to be a FMV game.

Edited by DeadeyeMcCoy

If you'd told me this was a trailer for a new, crappy prime-time television series I would have believed you immediately

Edited by isomeri

Here's Sam Lake talking about why Remedy are making Quantum Break in stead of Alan Wake 2. Essentially Alan Wake wasn't a big enough success on day one, and they didn't get funding for a sequel.

Edited by divergence

That's a disappointment concerning Alan Wake 2 but hey, I like to see new stuff too. Not sure what to think Quantum Break- really can't tell much from this trailer but it's one I'll keep an eye on.

Time is the fire in which we burn, being the dimension which we are simultaneously most aware of but least capable of controlling our progress in.

Makes sense to me!

Edited by Sinan_617

Other then the remedy logo, i have no idea about what this game is about from the trailer.

Looks like you play as... Alma from F.E.A.R, from her childhood to when she went crazy and starts killing people. or she's part of some sort of Philadelphia Experiment, escaped, and the pentagon is hunting for them. or she's not a kid.

or Sam Lake has had enough writing about people who can go through windows in slow motion, so now he's doing ships who can go through bridges in slow motion.

That Indiana Jones ending was pretty awesome.

Edited by Conciliator

I think this trailer indicates that we'll either get to play as a magical little white girl or as a boat. Both possibilities are pretty great.

Looks like The New Xbox's version of Sony's supernatural thriller aka "Beyond: Two Souls," 'cause everyone's doing it.

Edited by LordLOC

@rirse: Years later lately though. So don't expect it on PC until like, 2020 or some shit.

Also, graphics!

Posted by SleepingLesson

I was really hoping for a new Alan Wake, but I trust in Remedy enough to not be too disappointed. Nothing wrong with new IPs!

I was just thinking that if Remedy and Polyphony Digital made a game together, they would probably have to hire some of the current staff's baby's in utero to finish the game.
