Finally, a music game with Weezer in it!

Also, Pinkerton or GTFO.

The Green album isn't THAT bad... now if you were anything after Maldaroit and especially Make Believe & Radditude then I'd be totally on your side. I'm totally getting this... because HEY I actually like Hash Pipe & Island In The Sun :3

@slunks Say It Ain't So is on the standard game

I actually like the Green Album. I mean Blue Album and Pinkerton are the best, but Green's fine.

What's wrong with the Green Album? That's the first Weezer album I've ever bought. I love that album.

Music taste being subjective thought rears its ugly head once again. I certainly hope this comments section doesn't devolve into that argument.

Disappointed at no Pinkerton tracks. I tend to try not to listen to anything Maladroit onwards but I guess Island in the Sun and Hash Pipe are two of the better songs they've done since then.

I really enjoyed the full album DLC they did for rock band. I wish they had done Blue Album or Pinkerton.

I was going to say almost exactly this.

Also, are they really making you say the spoken parts in The Sweater Song? That's really weird.

Adding more Weezer. While Weezer definitely isn't my thing, Rocksmith's DLC has been pretty alright though, managed to get some Radiohead, Muse and some older Smashing Pumpkins (haven't bought any though because they're probably all too difficult for me).

Also, SO MANY POWER CHORDS.

Edit: Should've noticed this was added to the site by Weezer megafan Scoops. ;P

Also also, when are they going add some real Weezer songs like the following?

More Rocksmith music is always a good thing... but can we get some more diversity in our selection? First a muse DLC pack... and now a Weezer pack? These bands are already represented...

Don't get why this was posted when more significant bands have had DLC in the fairly recent past. Shrug.

These do make me nostalgic for the weekly Rock Band trailers we used to get, but I've been into Rocksmith for about a month now and it's pretty awesome.

These songs are fine, but after the glut of music games released since about Guitar Hero 3, getting more Weezer yet again for the fifth time redux part II returns, Jr., just ain't that exciting. Same goes for Offspring, Megadeth, Nirvana, and all the other bands that have been in music games countless times.

The Green Album is actually my favorite.

Also, I kind of think indie games aren't very much fun.

Soooo... I guess my hipster cred is in the negative.

Raditude is despicable.... it's as bad if not worse than Make Believe... Hurley was okay.

Anyone who calls themselves a Weezer super fan and then disses the green album is a poser hipster as far as I'm concerned. . Sorry Patrick . I do love you man. But I love Weezer more. And that includes up to and post the green album!!!

Liiiiittle hard to call somebody out as a poser hipster when they led a Weezer fan club and met Rivers through that.

@gyrfal: Rocksmith doesn't really have any sort of "vocal mode" a la Rock Band; the lyrics are mostly just there so you know where you are in the song.

I would have thought the kind of big-time music fans who choose the songs for a rhythm game would have known that Pinkerton is the best, and is in fact even better because everyone originally hated it!

I mean, lose Hash Pipe - it's nothing but power chords anyway - and put in El Scorcho, that's got a solid riff! Or they could go with Pink Triangle, that song's great too!

Although I can see why maybe they wouldn't.

I wish this thing was named something other than Rocksmith so we could get more genre diversity. Besides a few of the Muse songs and Albert King, none of the DLC so far has felt like stuff that I need to play. I know, subjectivity blah blah blah.

Blue Album is easily one of my all time favorites. Not a bad track on there. Rest of the albums are decent imo, not as bad as some of you say. Might have to try this DLC.

No, it's better. The best you might say. Slightly awkward, but all the more endearing because of it. And it had a line about New Jack getting leg dropped by Johnny Grunge so how can you beat that shit? What's more 90s than ECW? (Lots of things, but hush)

Take that person who was moaning about people stating their opinions on music tracks.

Not everyone wants to or has the skill to learn an intricate riff so it's nice to have a variety of difficulties among the song. Hash Pipe is a song a Weezer fan could probably learn pretty fucking quickly no matter their skill level

The rest of you are wrong and Patrick is right, the Green album is garbage, and this is coming from someone so obsessed with the band that "TheRiversCuomo" is his handle EVERYWHERE.

I'm also very apologetic for Make Believe...
