Indeed it does look rad.

It's fairly obvious that the game was delayed in order to add night vision goggles to the multiplayer.

Hardly. All he confirmed is that there are no night-vision goggles in the multiplayer portion of the game. The bet is and always has been if Sam Fisher wears night-vision goggles, most specifically in the single player campaign. That said...this looks bad for Vinny. "

That is true - and neither of the dudes shown for multiplayer were bad ass enough to be voiced by Michael Ironside.

I guess we'll have to wait until April...

It's kind of a bummer they got rid of spy vs. merc. In Pandora Tomorrow, that was and still is my favorite multiplayer game of all-time. Least the rest of the game looks badass.

That was a cool interview though. Looks great, Now I wish I had $60 to pick it up.    : (

Night vision goggles in the single player is what we need confirmed.

Tbh, the concept of sonar goggles ruins the game for me.

Seeing through walls in a stealth game is like not having to reload in an FPS, or having automated character development in an RPG.  

They obviously delayed it to add night vision goggles.

I need me some stealth, I just might pick this bad boy up.

Good ideas in place here.  I'm looking forward to it, might be the first Splinter Cell I can enjoy.  Also good to see the night vision debacle going strong.

Wasn't the bet that will Sam have those goggles in the game?

If sonar vision works in the dark, does it count as night vision?

Yes, it provides unique opportunities but it also makes the game ridiculously easy.  You no longer have to scout out the environment.
