He got sent a night-vision webcam in a mailbag opening session a few months back.

@xmatatatx: It's a camera with built in Infrared light LED and a sensor that picks up ont hat light. So for Patrick the room he sits in is just dark (except for the light coming out of the monitor)

Have you guys noticed how the "Priest" in Outlast is an up-ressed, scarified (neologism, deal with it) of the priest from Half-Life 2's "Ravenholm"?

Also, I just finished Outlast. Fuck that game.

@xmatatatx: A viewer sent him an actual night vision camera. I believe he says the name of the camera in an earlier episode.

I really want to watch this, but I don't want to spoil any scares from Outlast.

Case sensitivity in Linux, Scoops! As for more of the adventure game-y stuff, it depends. I generally like it as kind of a break or breather in between the more Outlast-esque Horror games, but sometimes they hold too many archaic mechanics that kind of make them less fun to watch (like the one in this episode).

He missed finding a key in One Late Night, basically The Woman In Black starts following you around the office and you have to shine a light at her to hurt her.

Tried to watch this tonight, got about 10 minutes into the Outlast part, and chickened out. I'll wait till the morning. Haha!

Or..Shipyard Pumpkinhead is also quite good.

I've also been enjoying Traveler Jacko Shandy, another delicious pumpkin beer. Choose a pumpkin beer, rim the glass with cinnamon and sugar, enjoy by the fire.

I like watching these super late at night/early morning because it's still pretty creepy, but I'm tired/sleepy enough that I don't get scared as easily.

Patrick, I never jumped or got too "scared" when playing Amnesia, but when the big guy started chasing me after I dropped out of the air vent I screwed opening the door up. Apparently I was making incredibly stupid noises and sounded like a moron because after that scene I paused the game and took off my headphones. My wife was laughing, hysterically, on the couch because of me. Still incredibly tense when I look back on it.

That entire time in the holding cell area was tense and there were very few threats. Those two naked guys stalking me are pretty effectively creepy as well.

That one game you started off playing also has a paid "ultimate edition" that's only $2 or $3. I went ahead and bought it though I still haven't played it yet.

Also, pro-tip: You can't open doors that you do not receive the "open" prompt for.

I kinda hope this turns into the Outlast Endurance Run.

Sorry, for some reason this really bugs me because a lot of people pronounce it wrong:

Sepulchre is pronounced like "SEP-ul-kur"

like in Poe's "Annabel Lee". Try to sound out "Sepulchre by the sea" in the poem and it sounds funny if it's not the correct pronunciation.

I never understood all the Patrick hate until this video. I swear to god I've never been as infuriated with anything as much as the One Late Night part. I was screaming at my laptop trying to get Patrick to close all the drawers and doors he opened! Fucking A' man!

That Matt Rorie crack got me laughing quite a bit.

Yep, watching Patrick suffer through Outlast while I chill here and eat a plate of bacon is a good aspect on my life.

Also you didn't capitalize when you were changing directories. It did seem kind of boring anyway, though.

Man, PS2 had the best horror games. And Siren: Blood Curse felt like a great extension of that. Such a creepy ass game. And and, fuck Outlast. Scariest game I've played in a long while.
