What I love about this is that, as far as these guys are concerned, after all these years, the game still remained triumphant.

Man, you can see Patrick's heart BREAKING when Ryan tells him that he has to kill Jason three times. So bitter, so tragic.

GodDAMN this is a poorly made game!! I've read the articles, even watched a couple of vidoes, but seeing these two struggle against game controls THAT BAD for 90 minutes REALLY puts to light how little the company that made it cared about its quality (also indicative of that: the box art).

First Spookin' feature I actually watched from beginning to end. Very entertaining. 
 
And for whatever reason I kind of want to play this game now.

The murders usually happen on Friday, I don't know if all of them are on the 13th, some characters usually at the beginning of the movie say it's Friday.

This was amazing to watch. I actually had to come back to it because I only was able to watch about half per sitting. I kept thinking to myself... does he get him... does he get him... So good. Thanks for the awesome content guys!

I remember playing this game as a kid. Pretty scary back then, but also terrible. I just thought the game was hard, but no, it was terrible. Either way, they should do an HD remake on XBLA and PSN lol

Also the map isn't hard to navigate. Think of the orientation as if you are always looking inward of the road. Ok, I take that back, the map is fucked (just saw the lake and how that works... aka it doesn't work)

Wasn't Jason's health low enough (below 20%) that they could've beaten him even with the knife? Or would Jason still be able to run away?

Man vinny/drew you are the best. DUH - DUH part during that epic battle had me in tears.

The controls for this game are BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD, I don't think people fully grasp the utter shitness of the controls. Yah, Patrick had some epic fail moments, but I cant even fucking play this game to save my life, so I'm not gonna talk shit.

There was a nice nugget of history in this one.

@Nekrokreuz: You should post your issue in Bug Reporting. Myself and numerous others are having tons of playback/skipping issues with the video player. And for some reason, now the HTML5 player doesn't even work for me.

@Vrikk: 'Scoops' has become a silly nickname for Patrick Klepek on the site, because he's the news guy. I'm not even entirely sure how that nickname happened exactly any more... I think it was just some podcast silliness that just kind of stuck!

@Mezmero: Ghoul School is not good, what is wrong with you...

Still enjoying this feature and it is made even better by Ryan's presence. I think I'm done watching the Friday the 13th NES game since hours of coverage of it on the site has solidified it as a terrible game. If you want a playable horror game for the NES you should try Ghoul School. I haven't played it in years but its probably the best horror themed game I've played during that era.

@Nekrokreuz: It's not the best solution, but picking the HTML5 option in Chrome should let you skip forward, and failing that, downloading the video file will work. I tend to download the super-long members content just for that reason.

@scarycrayons: From what I remember the first mention of 'scoops' was during his first Big Live Live Show Live, during which he ran around with one of those big wooden spoon-things you use to flip over pizza in the oven, saying that he was gonna flip some "hot scoops" (referring to the fact that he's their news guy).

And that, my friends, is the origin story of his 'scoops' nickname.

I tried to skip back a few seconds about 3/5 through the video and then the cache cleared and the whole thing had to load again. It won't let me skip back to that part without letting the whole thing load up until then. But every time I try to skip forward, it also breaks the player and resets the cache. Guess I'm not watching the rest of this :(
