Thank you Lead designer/Spore fan for telling me how much fun your game is. I wish game companies would treat players like thinking human beings. Sort of like Giantbomb is doing actually. With that said, Spore seems like something I could get hooked on.

As long as you can beam down to planets that AREN'T mission planets, then i'm sold.


Also, Summer? c'mon that really is pusing it, then again Spore went out the door buggy as hell.

This... actually seems pretty cool. If I hadn't uninstalled spore ages ago due to the weird securom issues i was having, I could actually see myself getting this.

You can tell he's really enthusiastic about gaming by the way he has a standard black office conference phone dead center on his desk.

Didn't care about Spore when it came out. Really don't want to play it now that they've put out this patronizing garbage.

He didn't sell me on the expansion... the expansion sold me on the expansion...

well, I still need to get Spore first...
and this expansion might help me make that jump... as long as it's not just mission planets you can beam down to.

Wow.  The ideas behind Spore and this expansion sound cool, but seeing it in action makes me throw up in my mouth a little.

This crap should have been in the game in the first place, then MAYBE Spore wouldnt have completely sucked.  These quests look to be about as shallow as the rest of Spore has been.  Really?  Find a princess in a maze?  EA is getting no more of my money for Spore.

If they can integrate this kind of variety and gameplay seamlessly into the Spore experience its a winner. But i have a feeling you're gonna have to enter some special menu or something to load up missions and its not something that rewards exploration and such.

Or he's just OCD and very clean Laszlo. As for his flatness, he's probably just shy and the only person in the office able to explain the work that's been done to the expansion.
