FUCK YES!! this is gonna be better than namco vs capcom woulda been as i just dont see how most Soul calibur characters would of fitted , in fact anyone but voldo&yoshimitsu (SC) woulda struggled to fit into the game.
 
Im a big tekken fan so the one im most excited for is namco's version but i will get the capcom one too!!

tekken characters are pretty good I think, Kazuya especially, Id love it if they palyed like Street Fighter

Well good thing nobody asked you then, right? As for the time frame when these games are being released. Capcom has two fighting game studios. The one led by Ono who did SFIV, and a whole other team to do the Capcom vs X titles. Instead of whining about there being too many cross over titles, how about instead, you wonder about the possibilities of how the games from each side play? This isn't any different than one SNK and Capcom did the same thing last generation. "

Don't care about this game, as my interest in Tekken is mild at best.  Hell my interest in SF while huge when SF4 got released is pretty low right now.

Enjoy the Tekken engine a bit more so definitely looking forward to Namco's version.  Plus as others have mentioned, it will be VERY interesting to see how they bring over the SF fighters into the 3D-movement world of Tekken.

Would you rather have me straight out flame you like is customary on the internet or would you rather have me poke fun at you a little instead? Yeah, you're completely entitled to your opinion. I'm certainly not going to try and change it, but I'm certainly not going to challenge it with my own. That's how a discussion is formed. Sure, I come off as a bit passive aggressive, but I'm not outright flaming you. As for my definition of whining, when you have 3 cross over games in just as many years, and you start to complain about there being too many of them, yes I call that whining. You have no idea when the game will be released, if it will be delayed, how it will play, what characters will be in it, what features will be in it, etc. So there's not enough to complain about yet. And when you complain about nothing, it crosses over into whining.  

Just saw the gameplay video, I am definitely looking forward to the SFxT game.

personally, this just made my day. I'm a little torn now between MvC3 and this. Hopefully they are spaced out releases to make both worthwhile. Man, fighting games are coming back hard this past year. Love it.
