Suda51's Killer Is Dead Continues to Look Suitably Bonkers

The black cyborg guy and the suit guy look like those killer 7 characters, I wonder if there's a connection.

What caught me off guard, and made me laugh, was that split second where the girl is wailing on a guy's chest with her fists, obviously trying to resuscitate him. I wonder how that will fit into the actual game. Is it the only way to revive?

It's basically all the best parts of Suda 51 wrapped up into a hopefully cool game.

After Lolipop Chainsaw, I've got my doubts, but hey... he can still come back after that.

It's Suda 51 so I'll love all the marketing, but it's Grasshopper Manufacturer so I'll hate the game.

My problem with Suda 51 games is that they usually have awful, boring, repetitive gameplay. I hope that's not the case with this one.

...I'll watch reviews. After Lollipop Chainsaw Suda managed to completely lose my good faith.

Out of all those things, I think the most ridiculous was the woman punching the guy's heart repeatedly to get his beats per minute back to normal.

This looks surprisingly nice, graphics wise, for a Suda51 game. I know some will disagree, but I think much of Suda51's past offerings have been ugly to look at.

I have absolutely NO idea what exactly this game entails actually doing gameplay wise but I'm buying it day one regardless.

I've never played Killer 7, I'm aware its a cult favorite of the Capcom 5 during the GameCube days, never got the chance to experience the earlier Suda51 craziness. I've seen a tiny bit of the game via a few Lets Plays, this trailer remind of watch the game, being overwhelmed with the art style and non-senselessness of the world.

The way I always heard it was he does a lot of stuff like anime licensed games and use the excess funds to do crazy pet projects like this, so it's ok if they don't have gangbuster sells. I don't know where collabs like lollipop chainsaw or Shadows of the Damned fit in though.

I always find this wet looking/porcelain art style a bit weird.

Not that I don't like suda 51, he's one of my favourite creatives in the games industry, but how does he keep getting money to make games that universally seem to under perform. Don't get me wrong I love that he does but why lol

Like all Suda51 games its likely going to be full of awesome ideas and scenarios but badly implemented and with awful controls.

I don't wanna be "that guy," but I'm totally gonna be when I say that I miss when Suda's games didn't have a layer of silly accessibility on top. I want that old school authentic insanity.
