I'm terrible about finishing games; I played through Bastion twice and then I was sad it was over. So excited to finally see what SGG's next project is.

As I watched the trailer I was like :D and then I saw it said 2014 and I was like :(

I will buy this for the music and art pieces alone! But I will stay because the game's cool too I guess.

I'm going to sit twenty bucks on this table and walk away, now when I come back, I fully expect there to be a game sitting in it's place. You have my trust Supergiant Games.

Looks like the same Bastion tech and some of the gameplay. Was expecting something more different I guess.

You're not the only one that didn't love Bastion. It was a fine game, but not as good as people on this site tend to describe it.

And ye, this video makes it look quite a lot like Bastion.

Bastion didn't float my boat (sacrilege, I know) so I'm gonna take a wait and see approach with this game. (Looks pretty though!)

I love how everyone is all up in arms about what extensively seems to be nothing but Bastion in cyberpunk. It looks nice, but I'm really fearing it'll fall into the same problems as El Shaddai: too much style and not enough substance, while emulating better predecessors before it (in this case other isometric games, Bastion included).

Well, we'll see if that's true at PAX, and for my money, I hope all of what I said above is proven 100% false.

The gameplay's actually really different.

I'm in, love to see how a change in setting also effects gameplay. That said, it it's just like Bastion but Sci-Fi I will still give them my money.

Loved Bastion - love this trailer. Looks like more of the same in terms of gameplay, so I hope they are really iterating on the first game and improving things across the board, otherwise it might end up being underwhelming.

the regurgitation of gameplay. though if jeff says the gameplay is different, i'm interested. because i love everything about bastion artistically, and even gameplay-wise it's solid, just not something I want more of

@beb: Same here. Nice of them to make a "sequel" of sorts that's not just a subtitle or number after the name, but a whole other story with similar (or evolved) gameplay.
