Nope I found it horribly paced and to be a pretty average game. Art style was nice sure, but every level looked the exact same to me. We are in the minority, I suppose.

I don't normally buy games on day one, but I'd make exception for this. Already looks amazing for a game coming out an entire year from now.

Looks like the same Bastion tech and some of the gameplay. Was expecting something more different I guess.

You're not the only one that didn't love Bastion. It was a fine game, but not as good as people on this site tend to describe it.

I love how everyone is all up in arms about what extensively seems to be nothing but Bastion in cyberpunk. It looks nice, but I'm really fearing it'll fall into the same problems as El Shaddai: too much style and not enough substance, while emulating better predecessors before it (in this case other isometric games, Bastion included).

Well, we'll see if that's true at PAX, and for my money, I hope all of what I said above is proven 100% false.

I'm in, love to see how a change in setting also effects gameplay. That said, it it's just like Bastion but Sci-Fi I will still give them my money.

Loved Bastion - love this trailer. Looks like more of the same in terms of gameplay, so I hope they are really iterating on the first game and improving things across the board, otherwise it might end up being underwhelming.

the regurgitation of gameplay. though if jeff says the gameplay is different, i'm interested. because i love everything about bastion artistically, and even gameplay-wise it's solid, just not something I want more of

@beb: Same here. Nice of them to make a "sequel" of sorts that's not just a subtitle or number after the name, but a whole other story with similar (or evolved) gameplay.
