Been replaying Super Meat Boy to completion recently. I'm eager to see what they do next, though I doubt they can do better than what is a platforming masterpiece. Doing one masterpiece is more than enough anyway.

they put mew genics on hold because it was going to take them longer to finish that than it would for another game they were working on (presumably this). mewgenics will still come out, just not soon.

I bet they saw No Man Sky and thought they needed to up their procedurally generated feline algorithms.

If I remember correctly (I follow both of them on Twitter) this was a game jam game that they decided to work on a little more and release it.
