I'm not sure if I am coming down with something or was the action in this animation really hard to follow?

I didn't know what I was even looking at half of the time and had to look away.

There is one thing I like about ESO and that's their cinematic trailers. Too bad that the game looks really bad and that they're trying to charge 15 bucks a month.
