Pre-ordered months ago, I can hardly wait!

Posted by Asmo917

I am beyond excited for this. The fact that it's out next week, but not until Thursday, is driving me insane.

Posted by Thiefsie

Hopefully this will be one of the good kickstarter projects... along with Oculus and......... Banner Saga?

Edited by Egge

My money put to good use, I see. I find myself continually amazed that the dollars I casually threw at the screen quite some time ago actually have materialized into genuinely cool stuff such as this. Shadowrun Returns, Wasteland 2, Broken Age, Dreamfall Chapters, Project Eternity, Banner Saga...many months away from my initial discharge of generosity I'm still super-excited to play these games; and even more so now that I've seen a glimpse of how they will actually look, sound and play.

Already got the steam key from kickstarting this one. So happy that these kickstarter games are starting to come out. Cant wait for the release next week !

So glad I funded this! Also, I really want to play this on a my android tablet on the go!

Posted by AlKusanagi

Can't freaking wait. I've been playing the pen and paper version since '91.

Speaking of which, 5th edition came out last week...

Never played the original Shadorwun, since it wasn't on PC.

but this looks right up my alley.

Shoot straight, conserve ammo, and never make a deal with a dragon!

Hope with this games all those anti kickstarter people shut the hell up

This will either be really good... or will be absolutely terrible and bring a huge shadow of doubt over future Kickstarter games.

Edited by JouselDelka

Oh shit I pledged 25$ for this, I didn't know it's coming out so soon.

Can't wait :)

Edit: Just found a serial key email and activated the game on Steam!

Posted by Undeadpool

JUST in time for my weekend next week! SO stoked to get this.

Posted by Scrawnto

@chiablo: I suspect it will be good but short, which may still raise the ire of some people.I'm really interested in it, though.

Posted by Funkydupe

The music is pretty cool in this as well.

Posted by TheHT

Woo, next week!

Posted by sbarre

@tormasturba: Do you have updated info about the mobile versions? I inquired about the tablet versions (because all the Kickstarter rewards indicate PC/Mac/Linux) and haven't heard anything back from anyone at HBS.

I know the editor and content-creation tools won't be available on tablets, but I can't seem to find out when the tablet version is even coming out

I'm so excited!

The Leisure Suit Larry game was exactly what it set out to be, so that was pretty good too.

Never played Shadowrun before. I will probably give this a try if I see it on a Steam sale someday.

I can add Expedition: Conquistador to the list.

SO jazzed to hear the music I composed for this Shadowrun Returns trailer on websites I admire! I used to play the SNES game like it was crack rock, now I'm involved in the sequel, what a trip!

All I want to know if you still start your game from the morgue meatlocker.

Will definately buy this. Please be a good game.

I like anything that has ties to Neuromancer

Sooooooooooo pumped! The SNES and Genesis versions are both completely different, completely great games, and 2 of my top 10 favorite games of all time.

Wasteland 2 looks like it will be fairly interesting too. Not released yet but it is in the same vein as Shadowrun.

I hear Jake Armitage is a hireable NPC in this game.

@scrawnto: The single player campaign is only the start. It ships with a full editor, so player created content should add many more hours of game play.

Posted by StarvingGamer

I gave this game an irresponsible amount of money.

Can't wait!

This *wasn't* one of the many super-interesting projects I contributed to over the past year, but I'm really excited by how it's shaping up and the solid word of mouth from those with beta access. The modding tools seems likely to give it serious legs, too.

Edited by Scrawnto

@centurion73: Oh, I know that. I'm just wondering whether the people with sticks up their bums about kickstarter will think about that before starting to complain about not getting their money's worth or whatever.

Don't forget Giana Sisters, that was a solid platformer, which funny enough was the game with the seemingly most ridiculous deadline (about 3 months or so after the campaign ended), yet was pretty much the only kickstarter project so far to actually launch on time, even though I personally didn't care for that faux-metal soundtrack by Machinae Supremacy.

Definitely looks promising. Hopefully it turns out well.

Be honest, you know that people will find something to complain about regardless of the game's quality, length or enjoyability.

It's a bit grindy, but still great. The Genesis game is also superb.

C'mon, how can you forget FTL?

Posted by geekbot

Man, this looks awesome! Wish I had found out about the Kickstarter before it was too late. Now I'm going to have to make sure I've got enough money left after the Steam Sumer Sale.

Edited by Syphous

Can't wait. Pre-ordered already on Steam. Would have kickstarted but I didn't have the funds at the time. Love the tabletop game too, though I have very few people interested in ever playing it...

Chester as well

It looks nice!

The isometric perspective kind of reminds me of Bastion.

Posted by Armoes

This was the thing that got me to sign up for Kickstarter.

(I played a lot of pen and paper Shadowrun back in the day. Good times.)

I'm looking forward to playing the game soon.

Looks ok. Id be more interested in plot, items, and char customization as combat looks a little bland from that video.
