The Next Call of Duty Is Full of Ghosts

And here I was getting all excited about the spookiest shooter in the world. :C

They should set a COD level inside of a funhouse or haunted mansion just for fun. It sounds crazy to most people, but I honestly get the COD games when they're cheap just to gawk at the cool scenery, rather than for the gameplay.

Is this the trailer for the next Deadliest Warrior game?

Maybe in a crazy twist it'll be a supernatural shooter where America has been invaded by ghosts and demons and eventually you crash land a helicopter into hell and we'll all actually be interested in the Call of Duty franchise again.

Another Call of Duty game - 7/10

Modern Warfare 2 had a multiplayer map named "Carnival" that was set in a dilapidated , well, carnival that included a fun house among other things:

That was a cooool trailer, until the whole 'oh right a call of duty video game' thing came up.

Playing as any of those guys would be exciting with the exception of those guys at the very end.

Preorder the preorder edition so you can get an RC Preorder with your Preorder at Preorder stop, maybe eventually you'll get a game!

A COD game for the next-gen is probably the worst way to get me excited for the next-gen.

I really hope this game is a first person shiter. I mean, like a virtual diaper simulator. Call or Doody, butt ops. 2013, the people are ready for a change.

Keep the man-shooting to a minimum, write some passable espionage fiction, suppressors on everything, gadgets and the option to approach any firefight stealthily and I'm on board.

I liked the first Call of Duty, but they completely lost me with Call of Duty 4.

Interested to see what a (early) next gen Call of Duty would look like.

It's kind a strange to read that Infinity Ward is making this one, especially since almost no one from Infinity Ward works there anymore. I guess we should give them a chance to show what they can do, but honestly I'm more exited to see what Respawn is doing since most of the original Infinity Ward is over there.

Remember when CoD was awesome? when 4 came out it was new and and full of interesting ideas, it was refreshing. Remember the nuke scene, where one of your characters literally died? That time it actually had meaning, and that ending was amazing too.

All that build up yet the final mask is pretty lame.
