@Zor: He's certainly been in a couple of batman books. As I understand it he's simply more of a widespread DC villain/person then the others who get tied down to one or two books

I'm not the biggest batman fan in the world, so hopefully someone can enlighten me - has the penguin always had an english accent or is it just for this game?

Forget the Penguin, Grundy's reveal was way more interesting!

I love the fact that Grundy got to say part of the rhyme and not just grunt like some generic big dude

Danny Devito's "The Penguin" leaves Arkham City's Penguin much to be desired.
 
It's the voice that kills it for me.

So does this mean we defeat Solomon Grundy The Long Halloween way? Because I think everyone from Batman to Two-Face knows that rhyme by now. Or are we just gonna punch him?

His voice seems fine, a bit generic but fine.
 
Also just quickly self-schooled my self on Grundy, seems like an interesting character well suited for the "big angry boss fight" archetype.  He's a zombie swamp man who dies a lot and has personality disorders lol.

Why does the Penguin sound so much like Jason Statham?

The Penguin seemed like just a short Brit, no quacking and his nose is barely long enough to be considered a long nose, not even close to the comics.. Disappointing!
